Wow wow wow this matcha was incredible! I got the guava matcha with whole milk and light ice. High quality (you can tell by the taste and micro foam) and perfect sweetness from the guava. The earl grey tea pudding was delicious! Just the perfect amount of sweetness but the flavor from the tea was perfect. Service was quick and friendly and everything looked super clean in the cart! The cart isn't out everyday so be sure to check their schedule on instagram before you go. I will most definitely be back.

Came here on a tuesday and man was it amazing. Run by a lovely couple you can tell they really focus on delivering all the flavor notes in each matcha. Located on the main road of LIC, you can find their cart and their amazing matcha. I loved the sweet top on my latte and the guava puree was amazingly fresh and not overpowering allowing you to actually taste the guava and matcha.

Service: 4.7/5 Drink: 4.3/5 Price: ~$10 Cute little cart. Happy I caught them, because i'm not usually in the area + they have inconsistent/limited hours. Surprised there wasn't a line, I guess maybe because I went in the middle of a weekday? What I Ordered: - Sparkling Mango Matcha: fresh fruit syrup, not too sweet, carbonation mellows out the grassy matcha taste

Cute! Decent matcha, goes beyond expectations for food cart on streets of New York, friendly and average speed service. Super cute!

Cute little matcha truck on Jackson Ave! I heard about them last year but unfortunately wasn't able to try it before they closed for the winter. Now that spring is back, so is the matcha truck! I've been here twice so far and have been happy with my experience every time. Their matcha is very smooth and they hand whisk it here as well. They don't have strawberry matcha, but their mango and guava matcha are still good - I prefer the guava more. There's only 2 people working in the truck, but I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my drink. The workers are all very nice and friendly. I also like how you can have a milk alternative without an additional charge (lactose friendly!!) The only downside is that they have limited hours and are only open certain days of the week. They aren't super consistent with their opening days and times sometimes so you have to check IG before heading out to see if there are there.

Saw that a new matcha place opened in LIC and immediately ran to go try it! The matcha flavor was strong enough and wasn't overpowered by the milk or syrup. I also appreciate that they don't charge extra for non dairy milk! I got the mango matcha which was delicious and definitely used real mango and not artificial mango. My friend got the matcha latte with the cream top and brown sugar syrup, but thought it was a little too sweet. I'll definitely be back!

Guava & mango matcha

We ordered the guava matcha latte & the mango matcha latte. The lattes were both delicious! The mango is a little more sweet than the guava. The guava matcha latte was my favorite and had a great balance of matcha and guava proportions! You really can't go wrong with either one. Highly recommend trying this place out.

Color of the matcha in photos drew me to Ginvee, and the experience did not disappoint. Staff is super friendly and have great recommendations. Normally I adjust the sweetness in my drinks down to half, but trust their recipe and go for full sweetness, it's perfect. Can't wait to come back.

Great new matcha spot! They also have great homemade cookies that pair with the teas. Service was great and quick.

Wanted to write this review based on the wheelchair accessibility and laptop areas…read more There are coffee shops in the neighborhood with laptop rules that say you have to sit at the high tables. Obviously as a wheelchair user, I cannot sit at the high tables, and when I have asked the staff for understanding, other places have denied me. Ines let me use my laptop at a wheelchair accessible table without any fuss. Mark was very gracious. When I asked, he said, "we will make an exception." I felt heard without advocating for common sense and I greatly appreciate the humility. Thank you!

The place is cute and small. They have good happy hour prices on wine. The food we tried wasn't…read moreso great. My friend had been here before and raved about the escargot and meatballs. The escargot was covered with pesto that tasted like the basil wasn't fresh. Also, I'm sure there was plenty of garlic because the restaurant smelled like it, but I would have liked more garlic in this dish. The meatballs were mostly bread (there may have been some meat). After we complained, the item was removed from our bill by our friendly, polite, and conscientious server. Note: This is a French restaurant, but they didn't have any butter for the bread.

They have a table to pickup preorders so you don't have to wait in the main line. I ordered a dozen for $39. You can select your assortment. Here's my review in order from the best to the least desirable, according to our group. Vanilla custard- the filling was thick and speckled with vanilla beans. It wasn't too sweet. This was the best according to our group. Strawberry filled- this is most traditional and Breads Bakery does a nice job. The jam is homemade. Pistachio- this doughnut was filled with smooth pistachio cream and was topped with a few pieces of pistachio. Not traditional, but they did a good job. Chocolate- the filling tasted like a semisweet or bittersweet cream/custard. Like the others, it was smooth. The vanilla was more popular among our group and I personally didn't love this doughnut. Mango- this was the one that those in my group felt missed the mark. It wasn't cloyingly sweet, so that was good, but the filling didn't do anything for us either. If you're looking for a mango dessert the one at Lysée is a real winner.
