This review is long over due... Mane Attraction Salon is absolutely top notch in every way! I've had the best experience with the owners, the reception team and of course my brilliant colorist Catherine! Catherine is such a talent and a joy to come and see, she nails my color every time. Not only does she give me exactly what I want but she listens and shares her professional expertise to help guide me in the right direction. The salon itself is upscale and very clean. I. absolutely love going there... Sadly I've moved out of state but I feel like I may need to fly back just to have my color done my the lovely Catherine-- Yep, she's that good. I highly recommend Catherine and Mane Attraction Salon, they are truly the BEST. read more

If the grinch and Scrooge had a kid it would be me. I got haircuts for $5 and begrudgingly paid $20 for my low skill barber. My experience with Reese is worth every penny every time! I have to resist giving a bigger tip remembering I have bills to pay. If my hair and the confidence I feel after an appointment wasn't on such an old ugly guy, I'd be a model. Even so, people love my look and I rave about where to go, get styling tips, and product. Thank you! read more

Excellent salon, I was staying in town for the weekend and really needed to refresh my highlights and have a cut. Jocelyn did an excellent job really listening to what I was looking for. Very happy with the results!! Bonus I got to pick up some amazing hair products and even a cute toy for my dog ! read more

I have been going to this salon for years. Everyone is awesome, especially Heather. I've never had a bad haircut, bad color, nothing except happiness every time I walk out. Superb performance on every level!! Love my new cut and highlights! I'm all set for the summer!! Thanks for a relaxing atmosphere!!

I'm very happy with my hair! MJ was very professional and she did an amazing job! I will be back and I will refer others! Thank you so much!

Had my haircut today with Christina. She's great. Listens to what I wanted to do with my hair, yet made suggestions of what would look good on me. I would recommend her to anyone. My husband gets his haircut with Christina too, and it's the best men's haircut Ive ever seen him have. While we live in Chicago, most of the salons make his hair too 'puffy' and he looks like a fool, but Christina gives him a clean look, without it being obvious. And it looks good too growing out. Try her. She's great. read more

I'm very very happy that I chose to get a haircut at this place! Sye was super kind and cheerful. She was very patient with me since I was nervous about my first haircut at a new salon. She did an amazing job and listened to all my concerns and requests. When I arrived I got a tour around the salon which was amazing and made me feel super welcome. Also the price for the quality of the services is incredible! I paid less than 160$ for haircut and treatment not including the tip. Absolutely in love and will go again! read more

I cannot say enough about the establishment and the stylist!! I look forward to every appointment!

Joselyn is amazing! She did everything I wanted and more! I was very pleased and will definitely be back!

I was looking to get an a line bob-cut. I was so worried I was going to come out looking like Dora the explorer. I read reviews from here and other places for a while. And wow. I was so amazed by the experience here i can't wait to go back. Haley did everything I asked for. She didn't cut it too long or too short. Just perfect. I was always used to getting my hair tugged to untangle and I found out I was wrong. Haley and her assistant did not once tug my hair. I was so impressed, and not to mention the scalp massage they give you while being shampooed. I almost fell asleep for those two minutes. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I loved it here read more

Well, I have so much to say. I normally go to well-known hairstylist and yes you pay for what you get. I trusted a friends friend to do my hair because I seen some pictures. To make a long story short I had natural hair color, beautiful, long and thick. She destroyed my hair. She turned my hair, orange and soph yellow. I tried to reach her for over three days, and when she finally met me again, she turned my hair, completely yellow and fried, my hair so badly that it was a knot. I reached out to the salon, and I said it's an emergency! They introduced me to Rosanna And sent me home with hair treatments. A few times my hair was so nodded. I go in and she would graciously come at all out. It took a few weeks to make a long story short. She completed my hair yesterday, and I cried when I was in the car because it came out, so so beautiful! I'm not wanting to take pictures of myself, but when I find someone to take it, I will gladly post it. But I cannot say enough of what she did. She had a battle with my hair, but my God, shocking, it looks absolutely beautiful, and I got so many compliments! From now on, she is my new hair stylist I adore her, she has a beautiful personality, and she knows her job! read more

What a great experience from beginning to end. I was a little anxious to try a new salon after being at my old one for so long. I thought this place might be too pretentious but I was wrong, it was fabulous. The salon is beautiful and clean. Everyone was warm and welcoming and they weren't rude or pushy. I had highlights and haircut and I'm super happy with both services. I'm excited to return. They also had a cute welcome sign for new clients with our names in it which I thought was a super cute idea and I appreciated it. read more

Mane Attraction Salon - Welcome sign. - Hair Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

This was my go to salon for the last several years however a recent experience with Crystal has lead me to go elsewhere. I was told over the phone before my appointment that my braids (2 bubble braids on short hair) were simple and would cost the price I had paid the last 4 times ($45). When I arrived it was very obvious that Crystal had a poor attitude and did not want to be there. (My appt was at 6:15 they close at 8pm) She went as far as to tell me she hates working late hours and she would rather not be there and get her day done early with. She made negative comments about my hair that were not helpful. Her overall energy was very negative and I truly could not wait to get out of that chair and leave. I go up front to pay and the receptionist tells me my 2 "simple" bubble braids are $92! I paid and it was clear I was not happy. When I objected the cost the receptionist said "The price is up to the receptionist you can talk to her" Crystal was already gone or in the back so there was no way for me to do that. I called the salon the next day and spoke with a manager that did not seem to care whatsoever about the mistake that was made. Not only was I told over the phone that my service would cost $45 but historically that is what I had paid for hairstyles even more detailed than the basic bubble braids I had. After speaking with an initial manager and getting nowhere I left a review on their website and only then was I called and my situation was taken seriously. The manager that I finally spoke with was empathetic and gave me a partial refund. Unfortunately I will not be returning as the experience with Crystal was so negative as was finding a resolution and feeling valued as a long time customer, the customer service was just not there. I've never had a problem coming here I've always felt great when leaving, every stylist I've worked with has been great so this negative experience really stuck out for me. I would not recommend seeing her. read more

I see Adrianna for my hair and she's amazing. I've seen her a few times and she will be stuck with me for ever . She never fails to always deliver and makes me feel so stunning. You will leave her chair feeling happy and confident. I'm so thankful I found Adrianna because I'm so picky and have had bad experiences and she understands and listens to me and always makes sure I'm happy. read more

I've been going to Sye at Mane Attraction for cut, color, and styling for nearly 10 years. At the start of each appointment, she listens very carefully to what I'm looking for and walks me through the whole process, making sure I understand what it means for my hair long-term. And I always leave her feeling much more confident in myself! Highly recommend booking with Sye. Overall, the salon is comfortable, bright, and energetic. Incredible staff. read more

Love this place! They were able to fit me in last minute when my normal stylist bailed on me last minute. Chris, the owner spoke to me over the phone and was kind and eager to figure out what I was looking to have done so he could relay to the available stylist. He even checked in on me during my visit. Everything was perfect from the friendly checkin to check out. Sarah at the front desk was so sweet and funny. DeAnna did an incredible job and was so kind and considerate. I really appreciated how she checked in frequently to see how I was doing and to ensure that I liked my cut and color. She was determined to make sure I was happy! Everything turned out amazing. She is very skilled and amazing with people. 5 star experience for sure!! I'll definitely be back :) read more

I arrived early for my appointment and everyone was very courteous. I got a tour of the salon and was offered refreshments. Since I was very early, my original stylist agreed to switch with another stylist, Cortney, and I didn't have to wait. I was fully expecting to wait my turn, but they made accommodations for me which was very kind of everyone involved. My hair was shampooed thoroughly and my neck and back massaged. Cortney and I spent some time talking about the cut that I wanted and she did exactly as what I asked. My entire experience at the salon was wonderful from start to finish. read more

Jen cut my hair and it is an uneven mess. Longer on one side than the other. It is a very short hair cut, so "even" is a very important as is precision. I do not recommend Her AT ALL! read more

I was looking for a new stylist as my previous stylist had moved away. In doing my research I came across Mane Attraction Salon. Reading the reviews, I was impressed by one from a guy with long hair who raved about DeAnna. My hair was shoulder length and in need of shaping, so encouraged by his review, I booked an appointment. So happy I did. The salon is great, and the staff is wonderful. I was greeted and given a tour of the salon before being introduced to DeAnna. DeAnna really worked with me on coming up with a style that suited my features. I was open to keeping it long or going shorter and we went for something in-between. She really understood my hair, thick, but fine, and gave me a cut that I am thrilled with. It is so versatile and easy to maintain. At the end, she advised me to come back in 5-6 weeks to freshen the style. At check out, I was given a coupon to use for either a treatment or product, and I felt that the salon truly appreciated my business. There are few things better than finding a stylist you can trust and who works with you. read more

Stopped in for a last-minute walk-in appointment for my granddaughter, who has hair down past her butt that needed trimming and tidying up. Kayla didn't have any current appointments on her calendar; therefore, was tasked with trimming/cutting her hair. And, no, my granddaughter was non too pleased about having her lovely-to-her tresses cut. Kayla was very patient, snipping and cutting away as her antsy customer kept turning her head when she wasn't supposed to, needing more lemonade, having to go to the bathroom after drinking so much lemonade, etc. Finally, an hour later, she was done. She not only trimmed about six inches off the bottom but thinned it out from the inside. And, yes, it does look quite nice, and I think my granddaughter is quite pleased. Haircuts for adults start at $67. I think I might go for myself. I had gone there long ago, and I had gone to events where Mane Attraction was in attendance, but I think I'll give them another shot. read more
