My mom wanted crab with bean sauce but they did not have it. You have to order it in advance a few days before. Service was cool and the atmosphere was ok. They need to update furniture and rugs. It's outdated. Parking is easy in the lot adjacent to the restaurants. The food was very flavorful and the quality of what we ordered had nice big quantities. Prices are affordable for all the food you get.

Love this almond cookie that comes with my lunch special! I got the shrimp with white wine sauce. My favorite!

My favorite take out. Get the shrimp with white wine sauce. It's $15.95 and so good! This place is OLD school vintage vibe$ Dine in if you have the time. Love their homemade almond cookie that comes with lunch take out!

This place is amazing the food super authentic and delicious , the owners were there super nice and went above and beyond . Had great recommendations and the ambiance was super chill . An the World Series was on so I got to see the dodgers win . Yes will continue to come to this place when I'm in the area .

This isn't the fanciest place around but it's reliable , large portions and good. We had the beef and broccoli which had large chunks of beef. We also ordered beef fried rice and egg drop soup.. Food was good all around- no complaints with anything we tried. Service was extremely fast. Once we had our orders in , food came out very quickly. The quality of everything was pretty solid, and serving sizes were large. The prices here are very reasonable .

I've been coming here for years. Food has always been good and comforting. The food is exactly what I expect to eat and enjoy. I know all the waiters by name and really love the service and the "welcome back." Juan and David always give excellent service. Mandarin King has been around for 43 years. The decor and restaurant is a little weathered but decent. It's not a Michelin Star ambiance but a comforting casual dining experience. The owners are 3 siblings. Jerry, Jimmy and Jenny are great. Yah, sometimes you'll hear them arguing but what family doesn't. I think it adds to the ambiance.

Undercooked dumpling with meat still raw. Also hair in lobster, lots of hair, like wtf.

Great for delivery! I've driven by this place on numerous occasions, but never stopped in because of its outside appearance. It looks closed for business. I finally stopped by last week as I was planning a Lunar NY gathering and wanted to order Chinese food. I was surprised to find many people dining inside. After looking at the menu and reading Yelp reviews, I decided to order from this restaurant. It did not disappoint. Ordering was easy (I called in a day in advance but you could order online). Delivery was on time. The driver was polite. The food was warm and nicely packaged. The items were generous in portion and tasty. Pricing was reasonable. I ordered the following items: Beef Chow mein Kung pow chicken Tangerine chicken Sautéed string beans with white garlic sauce Baby bok choy w mushrooms Bean curd with veggies (no meat) Chicken fried rice White rice, Brown rice The best items were the vegetarian dishes, the beef chow mein, and the chicken fried rice. Took me several years to try their food, but better late than never. I will order from here again.

My favorite Chinese food restaurant now that Golden Sky has closed down. I love their wor wonton soup, Kung Pao chicken, honey walnut shrimp, chicken fried rice and combo chow mein. And of course the complimentary jasmine/black tea is a plus!

For the past few years their food is sub par. We stopped going as there are other establishments in the area to choose from.

Does MK have any low sodium dishes?

Yes, I've had many of their dishes with garlic sauce, light salt or even steamed! Not everything is soy sauce based. Just let the server know! Hope you give it a shot and enjoy!

I'm a bit surprised at all the low ratings but, I'm happy I decided to give this small business a try. I placed an order online through their website, and placed an order for pick up. The pick up time was 45 mins, which was a bit high, but we were okay with that because we ordered early enough, and the food was worth the wait. Once we arrived, we found parking in the back, so I entered from there, mentioned my name, picked it up, and went home to enjoy it. The place itself looked a bit dated but was a cute little restaurant. I wouldn't mind eating inside the next time around. We ordered the cheese rangoon for our appetizer, I got the beef lomein for myself, and my boyfriend got the Kung Pao Chicken. It came with rice which was nice. The total was $45 with taxes, which was reasonable given the potion size and quality. It took us two days to finish it. All the food was flavorful, fresh, and delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Two stars -- and that's being generous…read more The food was heavy, greasy, and seriously lacking flavor. With so many solid Chinese food options in the area, this place simply doesn't measure up. What really sealed the poor experience was the service from a woman who appeared to be the owner. When I politely asked to move tables to avoid nearby customers loudly using vulgar language, she came across as dismissive and rude (whether due to attitude or language barrier, the interaction was not handled well). I ultimately had to move myself just to enjoy my meal in peace. The only bright spot was our waiter, who was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, one good staff member isn't enough to offset the overall experience. I won't be returning.

This review is only regarding the posted hours versus what I experienced upon arrival…read more I had a long day at work and was really looking forward to treating myself to what's rated as the best Chinese food in the area. I even drove a bit out of my way to come here, only to find a "closed" sign on the door. I truly hope everything is okay with the owners and staff, but it was disappointing that there wasn't any notice or backup plan for unexpected closures. From what I could see through the window, the restaurant looked very clean and well-kept. I'll definitely want to try again another time but will certainly call first!!!!

It is not Frankensteins intention to be negative here today. But wholly Yelp hype Batman! Yes,…read moreFrankenstein can buy into a good hype every so often which the Bride of Frankenstein enjoys pointing out. Especially when Frankenstein is wrong. Frankenstein enjoys braised beef noodle soup. A lot. Frankenstein's heart was yanked out of his huge body and crushed when Mandarin Deli went out of business during Covid. A pain he still feels even today. They had the best Braised Beef Noodle Soup ever! Frankenstein went hook, line, and sinker when he read the Yelp hype about this place. Bottom line, nice people, not as awesome as was described. Braised Beef Noodle Soup- Sorry Noodles Kitchen but it's too chili hot. About a 8.5 to 9 on Frankensteins too hot scale. Beef was okay, not great. Noodles were good. Bride of Frankenstein had one taste and pushed it away. "Mucho Caliente" Orange Chicken, fine. Let's not go overboard everyone. Pan Fried Dumplings, good. Check it out for yourself. 10/11/2025 Update- It saddens Frankenstein to see so many fake reviews over and over again. Really Noodles Kitchen? Please.

I'm Laotian myself so it's always nice to support a small business like this. When we came during the evening, they had a lot of parking in the plaza so I just parked in the front of the restaurant. They were getting their windows tinted so there were works doing some work in the dining room. The restaurant was also busy too so it took like maybe 10 minutes to get seated. We started off with water, my wife with her Thai Tea and she also wanted the egg rolls. After our waitress brought it out, my wife ordered the chicken pho and I got the boat noodle. Our food didn't take long to come out, my wife chicken pho came out first and then my boat noodle came like 5 minutes afterwards. You get a great portion of noodles and meat on both soup. I had to ask for lemon for my wife since they didn't one to the table and also for the Sriracha sauce. I thought the boat noodle was delicious here and my wife loved her chicken pho. The service was good, remember that there only two waitress here so I would say just be understanding especially if they are busy.

We popped in around 2:45 a couple days ago and it was the oddest dining experience I've had in a long time. 30-45 minutes of anxiety. As soon as we walked in, we were seated and immediately the carts came over. Instead of allowing us a little bit of time to look at the menu, they just hovered over us, rushing us to tell them what we want. Note: I rarely go for dim sum, so I'm not familiar with the items like others who specifically come for this (like my mom - who felt rushed too). We got 3 items from the cart (4 pieces each), sesame balls, and a plate of beef. How this came out to over $55 is still nuts to me. I absolutely don't mind splurging on food, but this made no sense to me. The food was a 2-3/5 AT BEST. The beef was good, but super overpriced. They don't offer water, only bottles from Costco that they charge almost $2 for. We ordered tea too, please look at my attached photo to see the absolute filth built up on their kettles. The guests dining here were all talking with their mouths full, coughing, and sneezing all over the place. The carts are just sitting around, some of the items are not even covered and they have them placed in a section where they pile up all the dirty dishes from the table clean ups. Question: how does this restaurant have an A? Furthermore, when they brought us a box for leftovers, they placed the dirty checkbook/ tab INSIDE the box. Disaster. Never coming back!
