I decided to have Granite State Electricians out to help install some cabinet lighting and add a 2nd switch to a counter light at my house. Between my house and renting out an apartment for many years, I've had my share of electrical jobs and have worked with many companies in the area...Heritage, Trombley, Cote. If you haven't given Granite State a try, I implore you to do so! Right from the get go you are talking to an actual person who helps set you up with an appointment (as opposed to the other guys where you're often leaving a VM and praying you get a call back). Then the team will call and go over some of the details and make sure everyone is aligned on what needs to get done. When they come out to do the job, it is top notch. They got everything installed very professionally with no mess. Good design sense - they selected a nice little 3 way switch to separately control the above and below cabinet lights without having to install a completely different box and take up more wall space - great idea, and gives us more flexibility with lighting! They even helped troubleshoot a dimmer switch in the living room that was giving me problems. Everyone I have worked with has been great. Definitely recommend them, and will be scheduling some additional jobs in the future.

After about 30 hours of YouTube review videos, I was still stuck. I visited a few other shops closer to me in Nashua. To my surprise, these other places wouldn't let me try anything before buying, even just to feel it. They told me, "some people love Toro's personal pace, others hate it". Not exactly comforting when they won't let you try something. With the threat of 30%+ restocking fees, I wasn't taking the gamble. Then I found these guys. I visited the shop, they put some gas in one for me, I pushed it about 10 feet, and they earned my business because of it. Buddy was the employee who helped me and he was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. Thanks Buddy!
