I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot and I paid to have it installed and I was supposed to have it installed today and they send 2 guys who BARELY speak any English and don't know how to install the dish washer! So I do NOT recommend using Home Depot's installers FOR ANYTHING!!! I'm so pissed off now because now I have to pay for a plumber to install it!!!! It's completely and utterly UNFAIR! I cannot state how helpful the staff here is. I had ordered an appliance (washer/dryer combo) from Bruce and I found him to be extremely helpful when it came to our multitude of questions. I inadvertently ordered the wrong four prong setup for my set up and when I called in I was fortunate enough to be helped by Diane who went above and beyond to help rectify the situation and reschedule the set up of my new washer/dryer. ...mixed bag, about 60% of the time now I'm disappointed I have taken exceptional care in ensuring I don't hold this business to a standard that is unreasonable during and post covid.. That being said I checked inventory prior to making the trip looking for a Dyson V8 animal vacuum 399 list price. Tried to talk my wife out of this vacuum because it's so expensive and I've haven't heard enough good things to warrant the added cost she won the argument and sent me the Home Depot to get it.. However when I arrive at Home Depot not only do they not have any of them but the gentleman at the customer service desk said he spent 30 minutes yesterday looking for them for another customer to no avail.. This adds to my frustration because my argument could have been won yesterday if the inventory was corrected to show these were out of stock now I go home empty-handed and my wife is going to think I lied to her... ( try convincing somebody that a multimillion-dollar business doesn't know how to count their inventory and updated on the website) She would believe me had the inventory said they had one or two in stock but no their online inventory still at the time of this post says they have sex the only way to convince her I'm not lying is to waste a second trip to Home Depot Andre play this entire experience over video chat or in-person with her as a witness... I called on a Thursday to confirm a delivery time for a washer and dryer. Was told "you will get a call between 4-7 Friday evening with the time for Saturday between 7am and 6 pm. They will give you a 4 hour window." I asked if she was certain because I'm an hour away from where it's being delivered....and she said yes, that is how they do it and she couldn't help me at that time. Ugh. Of course not. Five stars from me to the Hooksett Home Depot for their AWESOME service. My car was trapped inside the garage because one of the springs that help lift the aging garage door snapped. We've been thinking about replacing the door for a while now -the new ones are insulated and you get a nice tax credit so we called around and Home Depot offered the best deal in our area. Not only that, they even sent someone to fix our old door so we can use the garage until the new door is installed. Many, many thanks to you guys! read more

If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a washer/dryer from Home Depot in Hooksett, NH on 6/26/19. It was to be delivered 7/2/19 between the hours of 1pm-5pm. The product never came. I called the customer service umber at 530pm to check status to be told the warehouse is closed and they have no way to reach out to the driver. There is a tracking website on an email I received and when I tracked it said for 4 hours that there were three people ahead of me. I called the manager Theresa and she said there is nothing she can do until tomorrow morning. I advised I already took the whole day today and I did not even receive a courtesy call to let me know I was not getting it today. I advised I now have to take another day from work before a holiday and hope I can get my product. My husband called the customer service # for the delivery service because it is contracted out and spoke with GE Home Delivery Service. They too said there is nothing they can do because the warehouse is closed. My husband asked for a supervisor and was told the supervisor went home for the evening. My husband asked for their mailing address and the person refused stating we should "Google" it. I then went back to the tracker email to check the status and where it said there were people in line in front of me it was blank with no delivery info detail. I spent $1300 on merchandise that no one can tell me where it is and I find the store, manager, and customer service of the contractor to all be unacceptable. I now need to miss another day of work so two days worth of pay and just hope my product arrives and if/when it does that it is not damaged in anyway. read more

I went into the store to get some help with shelving. The woman at customer service just told me where to look for pre-fab shelves. They weren't the right size. She then pointed me towards lumber and told me that she would have someone meet me there. I heard her page someone to call her back, but then after waiting in lumber for ten minutes and having no one even offer to help (employees walked past but not a singles one stopped to ask if I needed anything) I got fed up and left. He has gone out of way to be helpful and several times he bought my husband and/or i coffee at Starbucks and thanked us for being great customers. 2 weeks ago I went here to purchase a riding lawn mower. The one I wanted was showing in their inventory as having 1 but no one in the store could find it. I was going to go to Lowes to purchase the one I wanted but was talked into buying a more expensive one . I was told I could pick it up the next day as they to take it out of the crate and do some assembly . Back I went the next day, two men loaded it in my truck and did not give me any directions on this unit. (I have never owned one before). I got it home and into my garage , I couldn't use it the first week as it was raining off and on so last weekend after reading the useless instruction book that gives instructions for 5 different machines, I added oil and gas , followed the directions to start up my new tractor. and guess what it didn't start. the battery was connected, there was fluids in it, the blades were not engaged I couldn't figure it out. So I called home depot in Hooksett explained my situation, I was spoken to by someone in the tool crypt area (very nice) he asked several questions which I answered and he said you need it to be serviced. I said are you kidding it is brand new. He proceeded to give me to an "manager" (and I say that term loosely) . He was rude and not helpful at all. finally he told me I could call the 1-888 number and get an in home service done. Seeing that was my only option other than emptying all the gas in and bringing it back to the store I took the number and called. The lady who assisted me on the phone at the 1-888 number took my information and set up my service with a company who was to call me with a day they could come out. Which they did but what they failed to do was to tell me was that they do NOT do in home service they pick up the tractor and take it back to their shop which they could have for 1-3 weeks depending on what's wrong with it. So now its the middle of August I have this thing for 2 and half weeks now its getting picked and it could be gone for 3 weeks. Summer will be over. In the mean time my lawn is not getting mowed. Are you kidding me I know I am just a customer not a business that shops at home depot so I am sure I am not that important but I paid $1200.00 cash for this and I cant use it. when I am sure I could have gone somewhere else and purchased one that works!!! I cant believe as a big and well known as this store is they do not care about the normal everyday customers who purchased items from them. I kept getting call this number or that's all I can do for you. I can promise this, in a few months when we renovate our bathroom I will not be purchasing from home depot, when we buy new French doors to replace the ones we have now I will not be purchasing them from home depot, or when we build our 2 new decks next spring we will NOT be purchasing from home depot.
