What started out as a family celebration for our last night in Italy quickly turned into a bad choice. We had promptly arrived for our 8:00 reservation and were seated. The place was mostly empty at that point. We went to order appetizers and the waiter suggested we order our entrees at the same time as the restaurant would be getting busy. We obliged and they delivered bottled water and the appetizers soon after. The waitress promptly provided the bottles of wine we ordered. As the placed filled, our waiter was non-existent. It took me 10-15 minutes to flag him down to order more water. When our entrees arrived, we were missing a salad and two entrees. I couldn't flag this guy down as he was more interested in seating other tables and getting them water. As most of us were finishing our meals, a second waiter finally came over and dropped off the salad. Before he could literally run off, I told him we were missing the two entrees. He looked at me like he was clueless and told the first waiter. He finally came over and said it would be 3 more minutes. Fifteen minutes later nothing had arrived. Finally I got up and stopped him at the kitchen door and told him I wanted to speak with him and the manager. After another 10 minutes, the waitress came over to translate for the manager. I told her the service was unacceptable and explained everything to her. She apologized which I think was genuine. The manager however said nothing. Looking back, I think he was more interested in the kitchen than his lack of service. They removed the service fee from the bill and the two missing entrees, which by that time I had sent back to the kitchen anyway. To summarize this place is either understaffed, or worse, poorly managed. Save yourself some aggravation and find another place to eat.

Quello che è iniziato come una festa di famiglia per la nostra ultima notte in Italia si è trasformato rapidamente in una cattiva scelta. Abbiamo prontamente arrivati per la nostra prenotazione 8:00 e siamo rimasti seduti. Il posto era quasi vuoto a quel punto. Siamo andati a ordinare gli antipasti e il cameriere ci ha suggerito di ordinare i nostri antipasti allo stesso tempo in cui il ristorante sarebbe sempre affollato. Abbiamo obbligato e hanno consegnato l'acqua in bottiglia e gli antipasti subito dopo. La cameriera ha prontamente fornito le bottiglie di vino che abbiamo ordinato. Mentre il posto pieno, il nostro cameriere era inesistente. Mi ci sono voluti 10-15 minuti per segnalarlo per ordinare più acqua. Alla fine si avvicinò e disse che sarebbero passati altri 3 minuti. Quindici minuti dopo non era arrivato nulla. Alla fine mi alzai e lo fermai alla porta della cucina e gli dissi che volevo parlare con lui e il direttore. Dopo altri 10 minuti, la cameriera si avvicinò per tradurre per il manager. Le dissi che il servizio era inaccettabile e le spiegavo tutto. Lei si è scusata e penso che fosse genuino. Il manager tuttavia non ha detto nulla. Guardando indietro, penso che fosse più interessato alla cucina della sua mancanza di servizio. Hanno rimosso il costo del servizio dal conto e le due entrate mancanti, che in quel momento avevo rispedito in cucina comunque. Per riassumere questo posto o è a corto di personale, o peggio, mal gestito. Risparmia un po 'di irritazione e trova un altro posto dove mangiare. read more
