Very rich and not offensive like some Fois Gras I've had. The steak was actually one of my favorites I have ever had in Nashville. I love char on a steak, and many places just don't do that or get any kind of crust on a steak. We ordered medium rare and it came out a little more medium, no worries because it was to die for. The green beans on both dishes were a little bland, could use a little more lemon/garlic/butter on them imo. The duck was good, but I don't know that I would necessarily order it again. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it, but compared to how good that steak was I would try something else on the menu next time. The mushrooms on the duck dish were incredible and savory. I mean, wow! Take some naan and pick up some eggs with it and add some toms. My fave combo is naan with walnut and then dipped in the honey then using that to scoop a little yogurt. The yogurt was classically Kurdish and had the most flavorful tang. The service was exceptional. I got some honey and dried tea to take back home with me. The vibe here is sort of industrial and business meetings kind of place. Lots of open lap tops and other serious looking stuff going on.
