I will admit that this is a brand-new business, and I am sure that there is probably a learning curve and some unexpected issues that will come up, and that need to be figured out how to be dealt with. But please, at least be welcoming and friendly to your customers, and if there is a problem you can't solve, at least acknowledge it and apologize. I'll give them another shot at some point, but hopefully it will be a much better experience next time or I wont' be returning. Pizza 3.5 stars, customer service 1 star.

One of the bag of chips was open. I called the store to report that I did not receive what I ordered and asked that they send me a new order of what I paid over $80 for. He told me to call the 800 # and hung up on me! People of Orange - spend your money somewhere that you can get good customer service! Don't spend your hard earned money here!!!!
