wow! the food were tasty delicious & yummy. it came with side dishes too. the bulgogi is tender & not too sweet. the kalbi soup broth was flavorful & the meat are so tender it just fall off the bone & melt in your mouth. the pork belly, tofu with kimchee dish is perfect, we love the kimchee is not sour, is not spicy, it tastes home made & wonderful with the pork belly. Heard about this place from a friend so stopped by the other day for dinner. Wife got beef rib soup, I got the marinated chicken. Stir-fried glass noodles for my 3 year old. Everything was pretty great, soup was deep and brothy, chicken was just sweet and savory enough, and our little one made a mess plowing through the noodles and did some damage. I was on my way to the casino and I was hungry and dropped by this place. This place was so tasty. The Galbi short ribs were just so tasty. The meat was so tender. I'm not the type of person to write reviews on restaurants, but I think there are appropriate times when to. I decided to take out instead of dining in. I ordered the Rice cakes with the ramen which came up to $21 dollars which is quite pricey for what it's worth I understand that it is family-owned and not many Korean restaurants are available in Menifee but maybe make it more affordable. This isn't my first time trying a Korean restaurant, I've had better tteokbokki in riverside and more affordable. Keep in mind this was the first time I ever tried this restaurant and only ordered one thing. I only ate a quarter of the meal because I felt a little nauseous eating it. Later that evening I got the worst FOOD POISONING I have ever experienced which caused me to be throwing up/diarrhea for three hours. I would be cautious when trying this restaurant. read more

The food is fantastic. We celebrated a lunch here today and the people were so fantastic. They did come out with a small dessert with candles that we didn't even ask for And they let us know that the restaurant next door had fancier desserts. They told us we could order dessert next door and bring it to their restaurant to eat after we were done with our lunch. The food here was amazing. The meat was tender and the sides were fantastic. Went in this afternoon for a birthday lunch with my mother in law and my sister in law. Let me just say that I am soo happy to have an amazing Korean restaurant so close to home. We ordered the tofu soup w/ bibimbap, beef bulgogi, spicy cold noodles and the sweet and sour chicken. Everything was delicious! I'm definitely coming back with other family members. I really liked this new restaurant! this is my second visit. it's the only Korean place in Menifee and it definitely doesn't disappoint ! not only is it 10 minutes away versus driving all the way to Temecula for some Korean, but it's cheap(for Korean food) for a quick lunch. I came and got the lunch special($16), it was more than enough food for myself. the first time I came I got the same lunch special and shared it with my boyfriend, it was still enough for the both of us as we got a side of rice, and 3 other sides like cucumber, kimchi, etc. Ive seen a few people say the portions are small, I don't think they are unless perhaps you eat bigger portions, but that is not the restaurant's fault. I'd say it's a good amount of food for people who want a filling lunch without getting hungry soon after or being completely stuffed either. read more

Very disappointed in this new business. Food was just okay, I came in with a group of 6 people and our bill was extremely expensive. We shared 4 entrees because we heard the portions were big, we were still hungry after and our bill was over $100! Also they automatically added the gratuity and tried to hide it from us, so I had double tipped. When I called about this they said they had a sign up stating this. Well the "sign" they had up was extremely tiny and in a place many people do not look. I should've looked at my receipt better, but the gratuity they already added was super tiny and very hard to see. Seems very sketchy to me. I have also heard from multiple people that the owners take the majority of tips from the employees, which is super disappointing. I wanted to support this new family owned business but I cannot support people who try to hide things and be sketchy. I wanted to tip my waitress but she said they share tips and she had to put it into a lockbox that she couldn't touch, very upsetting to hear the servers cannot keep the tips they earn. My first review of this wonderful restaurant was 6 months ago. I want to update my review to say that we dine here frequently and it never disappoints. Food is always delicious, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff is always super friendly and welcoming. They take care to make sure your order is exactly what you want and it does not take a long time to receive your food. Our favorite dishes are the spicy pork chops (the sauce is so good and the meat is so tender!), onion pancake (I ask for no seafood, though, and they happily accommodate me), potsticker dumplings (these are perfect dumplings), the spam fried rice (yummy and not too salty), spicy tofu pork soup (great heat and nice flavor), katsu pork cutlet (giant and delicious, crispy outside/tender inside), and miso soup (nice as starter or as meal). That said, we have enjoyed everything we've ever ordered, those are just our top picks. Some people have complained in reviews that the prices are expensive, but I don't think so. The quality of the food is very good, the flavors are excellent, and the portions are large. We usually share at the table and still have enough combined leftovers for another meal at home. I also have no complaints about the sides. Some people have commented that they would like more of a selection or a larger amount, but we think the banchan offerings are fine. So happy we have a local thai spot finally, but now an authentic Korean restaurant, which is becoming a regular in comfort food. With provechos as well there, reminds me of LA & SF good foodie spots, prices may be steep but this is typical for this type of cuisine. Been a few times already since opening, food is great, and the customer service from the girls is outstanding and always makes us want to come back. My wife loves the Bulgogi plate and tofu seafood soup and of course all the side dishes. Only complaint is few times felt rushed even though is wasnt always busy, and we had few troubles with asking for side dishes and food to go, no fault of servers as we noticed they do their best, seem more like upper management in back. We look for great food, customer service and notice everything, but we will be back especially with holidays coming up. read more
