One of the best breakfast burrito's and price you can find in Colorado. I would consider myself a breakfast burrito connoisseur and for the $2.50 daily special you can't beat this place. Happy I found this place right behind my office.

Bacon egg and potato burrito smothered it was delicious and was filling. The sauce tasted great and ended up getting more.

1st time here good atmosphere they had good food and fast. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food was inexpensive and you get good quality and quantity on your plate. They have kid meals as well. They do carry out which is a good thing. We saw customers coming in and leaving happily.Which is a good thing to see. :)

Burnt ham, this was only some of the ham, because all of it was like this!

Breakfast burritos are so good! We normally go to Santiago's but I think Mamas cafe is our new spot for breakfast burritos.

The drinks are fantastic, the pastries are great, and the staff is consistently kind and talented. But I'm still baffled by the lack of ceramic "for here" mugs. They clearly have the infrastructure to support them. There's a bussing station ready and waiting, and they make the pastries and cheesy bits in house. You can't tell me they don't have a place to wash a few mugs! Choosing not to offer reusable mugs is costing more than just extra paper cups; it's costing loyal customers like me. I've found myself going elsewhere lately, not because I don't love MeCo, but because even when I remember to bring my own cup, my friends usually don't. It feels wasteful to sit down and try to enjoy coffee in a disposable to-go cup. This feels like a small, one-time investment with a big environmental and customer loyalty return. I truly hope MeCo reconsiders.

"If I move away, I'll still think about this place" favorite. The second you walk in, it feels warm, cozy, and inviting. It's become my go-to spot to read, work, meet friends, or just exist with a really good London Fog. At this point, it's less of a coffee shop and more of a sanctuary. Even my service animal, Mr. Boo, gets excited when we pull up. The drinks are consistently amazing, and the staff somehow manages to make everyone feel like a regular. Now let's talk about the chocolate muffin. I'm not a muffin person. Never have been. Yet somehow this muffin has me questioning my entire identity. How do they make the top perfectly crunchy while the inside stays so fluffy? I don't know. I don't need answers. I just need another muffin. And the cinnamon rolls? They're the size of a small planet and every bit as life-changing. If loving them is wrong, I don't want to be right. I'll happily sing the praises of Java Stop until my dying breath. This place has carved out a genuinely special spot in my heart, and I couldn't be more grateful it's part of my community.

This is the closest locally owned coffee shop for both of us so we were excited to try it! I do not love the parking in this strip mall so may park on the street next time, but we were able to park on the street side of the lot without issue finding a spot on a Sunday morning. Ambiance first - we loved the space. There were lots of seating options, including 2-top and 4-top tables, patio seating, and couches. People with dogs (as in 1-2 people plus their dog) monopolized the couches for the entire 2 hours we were there, so that seating appears not so much a community shared space as a "whoever gets there first gets the whole thing". Some of the tables have one side on a bench seat/booth and the other on a chair, which worked great for us! Despite being busy on a Sunday morning it was not overwhelmingly loud - they don't have visible sound deadening materials so I'm not sure how they accomplished it, but neither of our sensitivities to busy cafe noises were triggered here. I like to test out new coffee shops with the basics - black drip coffee or cold brew. My friend does dairy free lattes. My cold brew was diluted pretty heavily to begin with and they killed it dead by filling the cup all the way to the top with ice. If I wanted an iced coffee I'd order an iced coffee and I don't appreciate paying $4 for a cup of ice that tastes like coffee, so no stars for my beverage. My friend enjoyed hers. We also ordered the palisade peach toast, a king egg (I don't recall if this is what they call it here) and I think something else. Nothing was noteworthy. They do have some fun things on the menu that I will eventually go back for, like the dandelion and chicory caffeine free coffee, and I'll go find out if the chai is the locally-typical syrup-from-a-can or traditionally brewed. Unfortunately their hours are such that they don't open early enough for commuters and are closed before the end of the workday, so they're probably geared more to the high school, WFH, SAH, and retired demographic than the working class. But assuming I find time that I want a beverage and they happen to be open, I look forward to visiting again to try out the juice/smoothie and non-caffeinated side of things.

Pro: the egg on the brioche sammy had a yolk which was nice and some sauce (though not evenly spread) and the brioche was solid and the sandwich didn't fall apart. Cons: zero seasoning and uneven spread of sauce Pro: corned beef sammy had a nice egg and the english muffin bread seemed fresh and not stale and the sammy was moist and not dry. Cons: corned beef tasted like it was from a can and not fresh made. It was in crumbly texture and had a preservative flavor that didn't taste that good. Overall not something wanted to taste again. Croissants: cold and stale. Instructions were to reheat in microwave at home. We did, and it was doughy and not good at all. Cinnamon roll: tough dry crust and cold day old flavor that wasn't good Scone: thick, semi ok and not totally dry but again had that day old bakery flavor This place says they drive goods up from denver and don't bake there and it shows. This is not a fresh bakery and I will not be returning If you want to compete in Longmont and make rent, you gotta bring fresh amazing food. We already have many bakeries to choose from and it just takes one bite to know its not fresh. I would rather pay $14 for a breakfast plate with multiple items on it than for one sandwich with no seasoning. Also the online ordering was weird. They had this "egg upcharge" on the order but no extra fee and it made no sense. They also forgot half our order because it was place somewhere else in their system separate from the sandwiches. They also had the same sandwich listed twice but no difference in menu description?? Overall, bad food and weird online ordering experience. Do not recommend.

The business itself is a pay at the counter service, and they bring your tea and food to you. They had many choices outside their fixed menu offerings and I look forward to going back to try their tea. What I liked about this tea service is that once you are sat down, and your choices ordered, its just time to hang out and relax with your friends. There are no other interruptions or check ins, which for me I really liked. Some might wish for more service, but this was really nice to just be uninterrupted to be with the people I came to have tea with. Listen, this is a new growing business that is trying to make it. I don't think they had a huge budget for really nice quality furniture items and I didn't love the quality of the decor or seating, but you know, I really love that this is a young business who is making a unique and original offering in our town and you can tell they are doing their best. I am confident as their business prospers we will see general improvements in decor and furniture. Its a super casual environment with tables close to one another. I would much rather have this, with great quality food and tea, than some over done beautiful place with an expensive tea service that taste horrible or makes me feel ripped off (like the other place I reviewed that we found is now closed!! ....guess we weren't the only ones who didn't like being given small portions for ungodly prices) I really recommend anyone to come to try this place out. The Chai High Tea is a delight and I am sure the other tea offerings are just as great. I look forward to trying them all over time. I would without hesitation recommend this to anyone asking where in Longmont to get a good tea service.
