    Ayran!!

What a lovely little gem of a restaurant! Been multiple times, have tried many different items and their salads and dips are worth a mention as well! They also have Ayran, a yoghurt drink that I had in Turkey and have finally found a place 2 blocks away that has it!! Definitely recommend Maman Joon!!

Only one table for three in the restaurant.

New gem on Barracks Row! For our family of four, we ordered combo 1, combo 3, a falafel sandwich, a side salad shirazi and some must o mooseer. We all were impressed with all of the dishes and definitely will return to try other items. The combo can be served with rice or salad, bread and yogurt. The yogurt was outstanding. The salad was not impressive. Unfortunately, there's only one small table with three chairs to dine in.

Salmon sandwich - Excellent & very generous portion size.

Warm, delicious, fast, authentic, no BS, no frills. Just really good beef kebab. The salad was fresh and the rice was just right.

My family of 5 enjoyed our dinner from here. We got the Beef Koobideh with rice and Hummus. Everything was seasoned perfectly.

I usually take pictures but this time we just started eating straight away . some highlights: Fattoush salad - deliciously crisp and fresh, Sea bass - absolute phenomena! everyone in the table loved this dish and couldn't get more, literally melt in your mouth. The kebabs, chicken and beef were also good. Would definitely recommend this for a nice meal out.

The restaurant was only about half full, with many empty tables available, so this was surprising and did not make me feel particularly welcome. Throughout my visit, many staff members were speaking loudly to each other in Spanish, making it difficult to enjoy the atmosphere or even hear the background music. My server, however, was courteous and provided good service. As for the food, the ground beef in the Soltani was very good, but the Barg was slightly burnt and chewy. Since the meal took some time to arrive, I felt rushed to finish eating before the stated 6:15 PM deadline. For a restaurant where customers are paying premium prices, being pressured to eat quickly is not an experience I would expect or appreciate. I hope this location can improve its customer experience, as I have had much better visits at other locations.

Tbh, this is one of the best places I've ever eaten at!…read more Let's start out with the service! The service was amazing! Juan & Will made sure our bottomless mimosas were truly bottomless, our plates were never empty on the table, and that they were attentive to our needs! The view from our seats over looking the wharf was amazing and the overall decor just added to the experience. The buffet plus the family style plates that come to the table had a good variety and everything was tasty. We had a group of 10 and it was such a seamless experience. I'm upset I don't have more pictures because the ones I do have are only the surface.

Last time I dined at La Vie, was when I proposed to my wife in 2019. It was an amazing expirenced and very special occasion (for me) with amazing food and customer service. Our expirence at HH today was no different. We had a group of 5 and sat that the bar. The drinks and food HH specials are decently priced. The same quality you would receive if it weren't HH. Very friendly, attentive, polite. Just seemed like an all around nice guy and. True professional. It was impressive just watching him craft cocktails. Marvin was our server and gave us complimentary tasting of the "Marvin Margaritas" his own made up concoction of Passion fruit juice margarita. It was exquisite! We were all pleasantly surprised for the complementary tasting. But more surprised as how good it tasted. Hands down one of the best margaritas I had ever tasted. This should be on the main drinks menu. (Marvin's true calling is a mixologist) We were a small group of people and just did appetizers and cocktails. We really enjoyed catching up. But the way Marvin treated us middle class customers, He makes you feel like you are a VIP! He just scored 5 loyal customers and I plan on visiting him again at HH on Tuesdays when my schedule permits. La Vie is truly high end, the decor, the amazing views, the service and the food and beverages! The place is immaculate. If you or your friend like to take selfies, this restaurant is full of amazing backgrounds, from the windows overlooking the wharf to the hallways.
