We found this location when clamoring for a quick and good bite, and the staff went above board so much that at the end of our week, we moved a meeting with two servicemen to share the food experience. The pitmasters know their stuff, and deliver top notch food worthy of recognizing service. From the ribs, to the pulled pork, to my favorite, the moist brisket... it's great. It still is outdone by the staff's devotion to honoring those who wear a uniform in service to our civilians. Living and breathing the idea of Semper Fidelis, their attitude and interactions were amazing. We arrived on the day a Blue Alert went out, and returned on the day for the service of what we later found was a fallen State Trooper. I wish we knew the names of these teammembers, but a definite kudos to all, and especially their interactions with our two retired servicemen.
