We walked in and the dining room was very clean and cheerful. We ended up going back out to the drive thru bc my mom wasn't feeling well and they were prompt and quick with our food. This was our first meal from there and it was delicious. I got 3 different tacos and they were all delicious. My mom got a burrito and loved it. Not worth the risk. When it's good, it's really good. But, I've had too many bad experiences. I usually get the super nachos, and I've gotten them probably a hundred times, but there's about a 1/8 chance that the food will be bad. 1. When I started eating there regularly, I quickly discovered most of the protein options are bad risks. Carne Asada: good once, next time all gristle/inedible. Carnitas, Pulled Beef, Ground Beef, Choriso: again, good once or twice, but at some point served in tablespoons of grease - more grease than queso. Shrimp: basically tiny rubber balls. Chicken (and Al Pastor, usually) are the only consistent options I've tried. 2. The chips are sometimes cooked in rancid oil and soaked to translucence in it, resulting in an acrid, almost metallic taste that ruins everything else. 3. Tonight was the last straw. The queso was spoiled. It smelled like expired milk and tasted sour. I hope I don't get sick. The lack of quality control is a dealbreaker. I gave this place way too many chances. The locals kept telling me about this place and how much they loved it. I decided to try it for lunch today and get my favorite Mexican go to since it was available! The birria options weren't listed on the menu board but the person taking my order gave me the birria options. After I paid for my food, the cashier let me know the consume didn't come with the quesabirria, which I thought was odd and inconvenient. So I bought the sauce for an extra $3. The consumer was super flavorful. Had bits of beef in the soupy goodness. The quesadilla was good as well. I also had an horchata. I wasn't a huge fan of it here. It tasted watered down. In the mood for real Mexican food and went through the drive through. I said I wanted crunchy tacos which they don't really make. She suggested something delicious that was crunchy. I've ordered from this restaurant 4 times. The first time was very good food. The other three have been a complete disappointment. I have ordered the pulled beef nachos three times. The last time was over six months ago and I got food poisoning. Today. Ordered the chimichanga meal with a side of guacamole. Such a total waste of money! The chimichanga had something like chicken inside with a yellow cheese. It was heavy, undercooked and simply nasty. The rice was good but the beans were liquid and not edible. The chips were stale and the guacamole tasted like it had lemon as the main ingredient. It too was not edible. The best thing about the whole meal, besides throwing it in the trash, was the Mellow Yellow I ordered with it. Never again! Lesson learned! read more

The management here is amazing at being accommodating for certain items. I have ordered no less than three times from this restaurant via DoorDash this week and the manager Luis has been super helpful at making my order what I actually wanted vs what DoorDash had options for. The food here, it's also amazing. I cannot attest for the other dishes besides the nachos and Quesavirritas, but those two I have had every time they've been amazing . Living in Altanta, I am exposed to many authentic Mexican restaurants. This place is as as good or better than them all. I have only had tacos, tortas and breakfast buritos, but I am sure everything else is good because all dishes use the same basic ingredients. If you are expecting standard texmex with cheese and lettuce on tacos, this is not for you. However their menu is much larger than any authentic Mexican restaurant I have seen. There are many atypical items like bowls, nachos and salads. I am amazed this place is not higher rated. I suspect many people may expect texmex. When I visit, I sometimes eat there every day, and even sometimes twice a day. There is no other restaurant that tempts me to do this. read more

A very memorable visit. I'll remember this as the last day I had taste buds. Did you know that Diablo Sauce translates to Satan's Spit. I put a little in my to go cup. I was getting several of their well prepared sauces. I got a little Diablo sauce on my finger. Gave it a quick lick to clean my finger like a real man in public. Jumping Jesus on a Pogo Stick that is hot! Thank god the food was amazing and helped me to start to taste again. Fish was over cooked a lot as well. Brisket and carne asada were molten hot (compensating for something I wonder) and thrown together hastily. This place reminds me of mannys tacos in Ventura California. They are open 24 hours, and they have authentic Mexican street tacos!!! I got a few different ones. I got the carne asada, the chorizo, and the shredded beef. They have a large menu that has everything from beef, chorizo, shrimp, tilapia. They also have items other than tacos, such as tortas, chimichanga, taco salads, quesadillas. This isn't your typical Mexican restaurant you're used to. You do NOT get chips. We've become accustomed to that here and that's not how west coast Mexican restaurants roll. They do have a limited salsa bar, very limited, but I suspect it will expand in the future. They have a wide variety of cholula sauces for you to choose from. Your tacos also come with pickled carrots and a nice quantity of limes. I normally am not a "Yelp review" Karen, but I'm at the end of my rope with this place. I have relied on Que Pasa since the pandemic hit. I'm a night shift rideshare driver and evening to night shift restaurant worker and it's the only decent place open 24 hours, so I've spent a lot of money there. Although I reduced what I spend there since the incident pictured in the photo. First, I'll explain the photo as to why I'm fed up with Que Pasa. This is from May 2022. I took a picture because they gave me an empty bag instead of chips. When I confronted them, they acted like I was a liar. If the chips had been in the bag, the bag would have oil on it & crumbs. It clearly does not. They said there's no way that could've happened, yet it did. I am not angry they didn't give me a replacement. I don't care about getting the "free" chips that I never got in the first place. The problem was I was treated like a liar and a scammer. I work directly in food service with the same partial-service type of restaurant. I'm not there to scam food out of restaurants because I deal with people like that literally every day as an assistant general manager. I have also been shorted $4 drinks, but I didn't go back in fear of being told I was a liar again. The most bothersome part is the attitude coming from a female or two on night shift. Currently there's a girl with curly hair on night shift with the most disgusting attitude. So rude and argumentative about stuff she's wrong about. One time she heard "rice" instead of chips and was so petty she took back the 1/3 cup of rice and made me pay for the chips and salsa she never rang in correctly after paying for rice I didn't order. I even clarified at the speaker and she stated it back to me and still gave me rice. Once I pointed it out at the service window, she demanded the rice back and rudely told me "you have to pay for the chips and salsa" like I was trying to pull one on her. I wouldn't order something I didn't intend on paying for. And how disgusting can you get re-selling things you handed to a customer, especially during a pandemic? When I told her I ordered chips & salsa she said "no you didn't"! I couldn't believe her audacity man. In the past year, I've spent $610.86 there. I stopped by tonight to order and was treated as if I were a nuisance. She literally could not be bothered by me. It's like she cannot fathom having to do her job and wait on a paying customer. I have their attitude recorded on my dash cam and I'd love to send that to the owner. I drove away without completing or paying for my order, and I will NEVER do business with Que Pasa Tacos ever again. Good riddance. And good luck with that hateful female y'all got on night shift working the window...she's gonna run all the customers off in no time. I see you have PLENTY of negative reviews about her attitude already and two people I work with have had the same experience and even had money thrown at them and it landed on the ground. I wish there was a zero star option. I normally don't even do stuff like this as a veteran restaurant worker of 18 years, but this is blowing my mind how this business is being ran. read more

West Coast Street Taco in Bowling Green!!! I had the Carne Asada and Shredded Beef. The Carne Asada was Ok...BUT the Shredded Beef was Great! I knocked a point off for the stale dry unsalted chips. I had a carne asada burrito, it was good, not great. Very meaty, very few toppings. The meat was pretty good quality. I got some sauces from the counter, very spicy, and very good. I ordered takeout, it took about 15 minutes, that was OK with me, it was obviously made to order. I agree about service, the girl taking orders was pleasant, but there was a lax feeling generally from their employees. Not particularly welcoming. The dining room was very clean and spacious. This place was absolutely wonderful. The quality of each taco was excellent. The combinations were creative without being over the top. As someone who loves spicy food I loved their hot sauce bar. If I didn't like spicy I think the tacos might have felt a little bland, but the flavor was still pretty good. I wish they offered free chips but it wasn't the end of the world read more
