We are from Michigan, and a few days after returning home, we noticed that our debit card had been charged more than the total on our receipt, including the tip we originally left. I contacted the restaurant as soon as I noticed the discrepancy. The manager on duty at the time was unable to assist with a refund, so I had to call back the following day to speak with another manager. While the second manager assured me the issue would be resolved and suggested the server was unaware of the error, it has now been four days and I have yet to receive a refund. I strongly recommend that anyone dining here keep their receipt and consider taking a photo of the final bill before leaving to help prevent a similar issue.
