Having recently moved up from Texas, I was curious as to the quality of their brisket and all I can say is, it is amazing. Furthermore their pulled pork is phenomenal. The serving sizes on the sandwiches is huge but the price for the special is very reasonable. The bbq beans are "extra" and I mean that in the best way. The Cole slaw is exactly what Cole slaw should be; light, cool and crisp in a way the really compliments the meal. I've also sampled their sausage which they nailed as well. That smoked wagyu burger was fire. No cheese nor condiments needed. And at $10...wth, amazed...expected to pull up and see $15. The brisket was solid. Moist and great bark. Overall smokiness and flavor permeation throughout the meat could be better when compared to some of Houston's best, but for Kentucky, dang solid. read more

Their brisket is the real deal. Tender, perfectly seasoned, expertly sliced, and trimmed for a perfect amount of fat left over. The baked beans stole the show: so smoky! The smoked sausage and pulled pork are excellent as well. Slaw and potato salad are good but not standouts. Service is quick and friendly. Prices great for this quality of bbq. My only wishes: 1.
