The cinnamon roll wasn't very cinnamon-y which I actually really liked and the frosting was a blueberry cream cheese frosting. The sandwich I got I believe is roasted turkey focaccia, that bread is amazing And it seems that everything was made to order. It is easily... Hands-down... In business for 2 years this sweet coffee shop on Memorial makes fresh foccacia and Sourdough bread daily. With influence from Turkey you can also get baklava and lovely pastries. Nice people. A good cinnamon roll. Dough.handling indicating good baking skills. Tasty glaze topping. Complimented the coffee well. (I had to dip lol) Coffee by a Los Angeles roaster named BOXX. But they also use Houston's own Geva. Banana crunch muffin also good though slightly more on the gummy side as to be expected with bananas. But an excellent and intense banana flavor for the win. I really want to like this place, and I've been there three times now, but I have to say - the prices are just astronomical. A latte (they only have one size) and a small piece of cheesecake was $20 with tip. A sandwich, chips, and drink will run you $30. It's cute but not feasible for regular visits. I have had the turkey sandwich, and it was OK but nothing spectacular. I had a cookie that I didn't really care for and both times I ordered coffee, I regretted it. The lattes are mostly milk and you cannot taste coffee at all. The cheesecake is very good though and worth ordering but again expensive for the size. read more

Lovely family-owned cafe with the sweetest staff! I walked in during peak lunchtime on Saturday and they were quite busy, but still managed to provide great customer service. Everything is homemade, which makes it taste even better. The focaccia sandwiches were my favorites! The Mama's Special comes with a delicious egg filling inside focaccia bread. The Italian Dream and Prosciutto were also really good with the pesto filling. They also have amazing dessert and drinks, most notable was the Melonade which is a seasonal drink with watermelon and lemonade. This was the perfect treat for a hot summer day. 5 stars for service, huge selection, fresh product and clean brightly lit place. Lack of flavor though brought it down by 2 stars. We got 2 things, lemon blueberry muffin and the Carrot cake. Lemon blueberry was good, subtle lemon flavor throughout. Not as strong as I've had at other places. Plentiful in blueberries though, and the sugar topping was nice. Unfortunately the Carrot cake lacked any and all flavor. Super plain cake, only thing that had any flavor was the icing. Both things looked super delicious in the case but were unfortunately a letdown. We'll be back soon though, and try their foccacia sandwiches and other things in hopes I can update this review later on with a better rating read more

Decided to give this place a shot. I love sweets and it's in my area as well. They have other stuff besides sweets. They have sandwiches and even some breakfast options as they are open from 6am-4pm. It looks like a nice place to chill, drink some coffee or tea, and eat. I picked up two items: Blackberry Chocolate Chip Cookie and the Lemon Blueberry muffin. The cookie itself, just tasted dry. I ordered the roasted chicken sandwich on focaccia with caramelized onions and mushrooms . What I received was fluffy, flavorless, cold, not toasted focaccia with inexpensive deli meat on it. It was not roasted chicken and it was ice cold. It's dishonest to advertise it is roasted chicken and it's inexpensive deli meat. There was a smattering of mushrooms and caramelized onion. When one orders roasted chicken with mushrooms and caramelized onion you expect a toasted sandwich with fresh roasted chicken. Not a tiny amount of deli meat. The sandwich made zero sense. It was 14.99 so I had expectations. It was flavorless as well. The amount of bread is ridiculously overwhelming compared to the tiny bit of deli meat. I had the basque cheesecake and it was very, very good. I like to support mom and pops and have lots of respect for them but this sandwich was inexcusable. read more

The roasted beef pastrami was good, but the muhammara, a roasted red pepper dip/spread that they sell in jars, was the real star of the show. Unfortunately, I tried the sandwich in the car after we left, but I was debating whether to turn back around and go back to buy some of their jarred muhammara because it was THAT good. My husband and I have now been there several times, mostly for breakfast and once for lunch. The sandwiches are delicious! If you go for lunch, the serving size is large enough to split with someone. The cappuccino is great! They have a nice selection of pastries and we've tried the blueberry muffin and the ugly but good and both were very good. This is a family owned business and the food is made fresh. So, if you dine here don't expect fast food quick service. However, you will get high quality service from very pleasant people. The place itself is very relaxing. Nice soothing music and cute decor. Ever since I started making my own sourdough bread, I haven't purchased any because I now prefer my own. I did recently purchase a loaf of sourdough bread from this place and I can say that it rivals my own! I would buy another loaf next time I'm behind on feeding my starter.
