With frequent options for local delivery (and lots of flexibility when picking up) we are always able to get what we need within a short time frame. Their showroom is great to browse and it is super helpful in seeing all of their options in person. Even now, while their showroom is closed for renovations, the staff has been accommodating in showing us options from their warehouse floor in order to help us make decisions on first time items we are looking to purchase. While we aren't always able to reach someone on the phone upon first call, they respond to voice messages and emails in a timely manner. The staff is always professional and friendly, and we appreciate their attention to detail when confirming orders to make sure we receive the right items.

If you know you have expired sale prices, you take them down. You don't have someone wait in line, go up to pay for it, then tell them to pay a huge price, and in addition be terribly rude about it. What Safeway is doing is BLAMING THE CUSTOMERS for the staff and management's incompetence. It is ILLEGAL and against the law to show a sale price and then totally change and increase the price at the register. Your staff needs to know that treating customers this way is: 1) ILLEGAL (we can make some calls you'll get fined) 2) Extremely unprofessional and rude. He just estimated the amount of pills he put in the container; he didn't use any device to insure the correct number of pills. When I asked him, he said he was "just eyeballing it"; he said he had the experience to know he was filling my order correctly.
