There was an initial review by the designer. A week later I received an invoice that included $100.00 for reading an Email. I called and protested and they removed that portion of the invoice and apologize. I reluctantly let them proceed. After another 5-weeks they came back with a proposal and costs. The costs were well over twice the original estimate. They presented a presentation which was art work, no plans. I had to decline. The final bill was over $2500.00 for high level drawings and art work for a plan that never stood a chance of being within the original discussion.
