Well,let me count the ways.Wait I can't because there are just too many to count.When I met Fernando I found him to be a take charge guy.He assured me that he had it under control.I have to admit I am picky.All of the work was top quality and more than I expected. His design sense is impeccable. He was able to create just the right look.The craftsmen that he employed, like Fernando, were experts at their trades as well as really great people. UNPROFESSIONAL UNRELIABLE CROOK. we entered a contract with Fernando on Feb. 13, 2020 for 3500.00 to redo the kitchen cabinets of our modest kitchen. We did not hear a word from him until WE called him one month later to see what was happening. He said he would drop off some paint for us as my husband had offered to do some painting around the cabinet frames. NEVER SAW THE PAINT AND NEVER CALLED. Now granted there was the Covid 19 situation but to never even call?! After a few more WEEKS of nothing we decided to terminate our agreement with Fernando and suggested that we pay him for any cabinetry he had already purchased, time He spent collecting said cabinets and that he reimburse us the balance or whatever remained from the 3000.00 we gave him in good faith. Eventually he dropped off the cabinets (no paint yet) and said 'the check is in the Mail'. STILL NO REFUND, NO CALL, NOTHING. I would think twice about doing business with this guy. We had a time critical bathroom renovation in order to move into our townhouse before we moved in after the quick sale of our previous home with a 45 day escrow. It was complicated even further with painters, carpet layers, electrical retro fits , and plumbing issues on an older townhouse with a large number of differed maintenance issues that popped up during the remodel. Fernando Saved the Day! Saved the marriage and our sanity. He handled it all and was able to work with all the endless "last minute" issues that seem to come up with a short escrow and my nervous "this will never get done in time" wife. The quality of the plumbing, tile work, demolition, electrical was top notch. The best part was quality of the cabinets that were installed that updated the bathroom to Architectural Digest quality. Based on a lot of the positive reviews from Yelp. I decided to give Fernando a call. I had a pipe burst in the kitchen above the refrigerator in my home which caused a significant amount of damage to the living room wall and hardwood flooring. About 1/2 the wall needed to be replaced as well as the entire hardwood floor which was about 500 sqft. He came to the house and we discussed the damage. He provided a very good quote and was very professional doing so. We decided to move forward and he delivered impeccable work. He also delivered on time, met the scheduled due date and again I was thoroughly impressed. I will be calling him to complete other projects in the house without question. read more

I hired Fernando to repair/replace the baseboard that was damaged due to a comcast worker accident. Fernando is personable, trustworthy and dependable. I found him online through Homeadvisor.com and couldn't be happier. He sticks to the quoted price and his work is very meticulous and professional. He use to work on many homes along Hwy 68 with his uncle, but has since wanted to branch out and make a name for himself. He is a licensed contractor and his quotes are very fair. He does home repairs, major remodels, custom cabinets, flooring, tile, concrete, decks and more. He specializes in cabinets as he had worked installing cabinets for many years. I've seen some photos of the work he's done for kitchens and he does a beautiful job.
