I guess my review should have two parts to it. I'll start with the good part first. I had a great experience BUYING the truck. The customer service THEN was great. I bought a 2015 Silverado and LOVED it. Now let's move on to the bad part. Just 5k miles later, mind you this truck was brand new, my transmission is already acting up. I've called several times and spoken to the device dept only to be told that they were super busy with OTHER transmission jobs. Hmmmm, not sure how to take that. This is my frost Chevy vehicle period. I traded a great car in because I've always wanted this truck and now this is what I get. I even spoke to another person from a different dept last night and was told I'd get a call back today. Nothing yet!!!! My issue is this. This truck was new , under warranty and it's my way to and from work. I'm paying good money each month for this truck..... For it to function properly!!!!! This not my fault the transmission is acting up and I'm not saying it's your dealership either. But!!! You represent the Chevy name and you need to take care of a NEW paying customer. Don't tell me I can't get a loaner vehicle until mine is diagnosed. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to feel when something is wrong with a vehicle, especially the one part that shifts gears!!!!!! To all potential customers reading this... Please don't take it the wrong way. I'm not saying don't buy Chevy... Not at all! These things happen. My point that I'm trying to make is WHEN they do happen they need to be handled the right way. The customer needs to be taken care of especially when the darn truck is only 4 months old, not even!!!!! Come on!!!!!!!! read more

The company sends advertisements that look like official government mail, if they will go through these lengths to get you to open their crappy mail I wonder how many lies they will tell to get you into one of their crappy cars. I get enough spam and crap mail I don't need a auto dealer adding to the crap I am just going to throw away. Here is some advise, a simple postcard type mailing advertising your sale is sufficient if you want foot traffic offer a raffle and the postcard is the entry a few winners and you extend goodwill, instead you pull this. When I am in the market for a new vehicle, you're not on my list. read more

I came to this dealer for servicing because the Chevy dealership my car was bought new from (Milton Reuben) has some of the worst customer service I had ever experienced.
