As soon as we walked in, the manager Stephan was right at the door ready to greet us. He already knew who we were and welcomed us like we were regulars. That kind of attentiveness is rare--you usually have to look for a manager, but here he was front and center, making sure everything was perfect from the start. The restaurant was busy (always a good sign!), but we were seated quickly and treated with such kindness and efficiency. The service overall was excellent--friendly, attentive, and just a great vibe all around. And the FOOD... absolutely incredible. I had the skirt steak with rice, beans, and salad--10/10, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. My friend had the fish and loved it just as much. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. Between the amazing food and the outstanding service, this place is a gem. What are delicious new Colombian restaurant we have in our neighborhood. My wife and I came to try out the food. Everything was excellent. I don't evenlike a arepas generally. This was the most delicious arepa I have ever sampled. Had mine with sausage and eggs ; what a delight. My wife had a soup with Tostones, and she was brought back to childhood when her Abuela would make something so wonderful to be devoured with a spoon. She also got a nice salad and fluffy rice and ordered a side of grilled pork (lomo), which I tried...wow, what flavor! The service is attentive and the people are charming and humble. And the place is clean and new. This is a winner of a place.
