    Chuleta De Pollo Platter

I was excited when this bakery had just opened a few years ago! They serve baked goods as well as meals, drinks, desserts, and snacks. The quality of the food is commendable and I would definitely recommend this restaurant as a result. The food is well made and not oily. I have had Chuleta de Pollo several times and it never disappoints. I also love their empanadas and Pan De Bono bread. OVERALL: I would recommend you check this out for some authentic and delicious Columbian food!

Colombian bread and beef empanadas they even have tres Leche

I dont know why this place didn't have a yelp all this time but I'm proud to be the first review. This place is fresh and don't need to go to Astoria to get some Colombian bakery. They are fresh clean and fairly new in the area. And I am not Colombian but my friend is so she introduces me to her food and in love with the breads. Yumm I went in to try a Sunday afternoon and the bread and empanadas were fresh. Will definitely come back.

Lunch special - Lentil soup with your choice of rotiserrie chicken or stew beef (pictured) with rice, sweet plantains and potato salad.

So good, haven't eaten anything here that tastes bad yet. 1. Beef empanadas - MUST try! 2. Lunch specials- see picture attached full meal and a large soup for $11 really what a steal! 3. Their fresh fruit shakes, cheese bread (pandebono) and cakes are delicious!! SO happy we finally got a Colombian place in the neighborhood! The previous reviewer was right no need to go to Astoria anymore

    The grease yuck!

Omg! I'm never coming back here again. Every time I order something from their it's greasy to the point I have to grab a napkin to absorb the excess oil . So gross!b

Burnt, flat, stale, and greasy pandebono. it's not the first time they have sold us greasy burnt baked goods .

If you want a basic snack, get a couple of any empanadas with a coffee or soft drink. Satisfies your craving. Relaxed atmosphere.

He brought us a tablet with the menu nice lots of choices just scroll and tap! There was a piña colada brought to me with a little Hennessy bottle on top but the server Katherine quickly realized I probably didn't order that lol So we started with 2 piña colada's 1 virgin with whipped cream and one regular with rum! Both delicious! Then nachos de carne which had chunks of beef in it with the delicious combination of cheese beans and everything else ! For our main dish we both had skirt steak with rice and red beans we ordered a side of maduro ( sweet plantain) the steak was very tender and everything was seasoned well loved it! We didn't get dessert too stuffed but we will be back! This is a lively place with a sports bar vibe (lots of screens ) as well as family friendly but NOT loud or rowdy. They have an area in front for parking and also on the street ( metered on weekdays) if u enjoy columbian food this is a safe bet any day!

Was extremely disappointed to see it was only one sewer with the different meats on the sewer. I was at least anticipating two sewers as street vendors charge $5 per sewer. The menu was not descriptive so I took the risk but would not order that again. Not worth it.

People who work here are friendly and pleasant. Restaurant is more or less clean. There's a TV,…read morebut it's unobtrusive. The menu is extensive and fun. Fusion Spanish food. Has a lot of seafood as well as Dominican, Colombian, Mexican. Sadly, what we ordered pretty much sucked. Pernil: C+ Oh, God, it was dry. Dry, dry, dry. You get a very large portion of extremely dry meat with a "cap" of nicely crisped fat. The kind of crispy fat you'd expect from pernil. However, there is very little flavor (compared to my wife's pernil, which may be an unfair comparison, since her pernil rocks my world -- I would've married her for her pernil alone). Very little flavor, and dry, dry, dry. No pernil marinade (that I could taste). There was lime served on the side, but the pernil should be *cooked* with lime. Not enough fat. It was either vastly overcooked or reheated aggressively with dry heat. Tip to the chef: reheating things in a pan and sprinkling water on the meat yields much nicer meat than popping it in the microwave. Using a microwave to reheat meat never works. It overcooks the meat. I consider it inedible. Pollo Mexicano: C+ Similar problem as the pernil. It has a beautifully flavorful salsa, but the chicken was so dry that you have to choke down the chicken When you take a bite, it's difficult to get the chicken to go down your throat because it's bone dry. They vastly overcook the chicken and make the salsa separately. They then toss the bone dry chicken into the yummy salsa and you get cardboard chicken in a delicious salsa. I consider it inedible.
