The staff is rude, unprofessional, and even hung up on me. After that, they stopped answering my calls altogether. I will never order from this place again. The service is absolutely trash.

I ordered through seamless. Delivery was on time. I ordered…read morethe virgin pina colada and the camarofongo. The pina colada was creamy and sweet. Not too frozen that you couldn't get it through the straw. It had a little cherry on top and it was a good amount. The mofongo was okay. I liked that it had sauce but the sauce was a little bland. The mound was pretty big but it was lacking a little. The shrimp were just on top, none cooked in to the little hill like I've had at other places. Reading through reviews I didn't see much about the mofongo and maybe this is why. It was alright but I've definitely had better. I didn't go to this establishment so I can't tell you much about the vibe of the place. The food was pricey at $20 for the mofongo with shrimp. But the portion was on the bigger side so maybe worth it for the portion size just not really for the flavor.

What really made me write this review was because, as i was leaving the store after getting bad customer service, I stopped to see what all the noise on the TV was about and my server change the channel on me as a customer as I became interested in the infomercial. I usually ordered the chicharrones de pollo con arroz blanco y habichuelas negro (Fried marinated chicken chunks with white rice and black beans). At times, I could go for their chuletas fritas con Tostones y arroz amarillo y habichuelas negro (Fried porkchops, Hard plantain with yellow rice and black beans). I was satisfied with these meals, possibly because, Queens Village didn't offer much whatsoever. The taste was good. Not much for their appetizers. I tried a few but none of them appealed to me very much. It's tough to choke down a salty, dry empanada.
