If you're looking for a place to enjoy watching FIFA 2026, this is a great spot and the food is delicious! They offered a FIFA 2026 special- they have their arepitas appetizer and a 20oz souvenir cup filled with your choice of frozen margarita (I got the guava) for $26. Other items enjoyed here is their guacamole and tortilla chips, chicken enchiladas (came with rice and beans) and the tres leches for dessert. All so good and the bartender Lenny makes perfect margaritas and welcomes everyone with a smile. They do have a lively atmosphere, with good music and decorated for FIFA at the moment. read more

Great food, service and drinks. You can catch it early in the day and have a chill vibe with good drinks and good food or you can come later during the weekend and it's active. It's great for most age groups too. All cultures welcome. I'm black and the bartenders are always welcoming and professional . Only annoying thing is the chairs are too short for the high bar counter! Lol read more

I remember when this location used to be an Italian restaurant, so I was curious to see what it had become. When we first walked in, I honestly didn't think we were going to have the best experience. There was a party in the other room that was very loud, and the sound echoed throughout the restaurant, along with the loud music. Thankfully, the restaurant was kind enough to lower the music for us, and the other party ended up leaving within about 20 minutes of our arrival. Let me start by saying the staff was very attentive and friendly, which definitely helped make the experience better. Most of the food was pretty good. I wasn't a fan of the arepa con queso, but the arepitas de choclo were awesome! The portions were a good size, and I felt the prices were reasonable and not overpriced. For dessert, I preferred the tres leches over the flan. Overall, we had a pretty good experience, and I'm glad we gave this place a try. read more

Came here for an event previously and I enjoyed the food and drinks, so here I am again! We made it 30 minutes before happy hour was over. They have good drink options and you can't beat the price either. We enjoyed our food which was delicious and cooked perfectly. Drinks were great as well. Great local spot to grab a drink while you watch the game and enjoy the music. They have events as well depending on the on the day and also serve bruch. Will definitely visit again! read more

I dined here the late afternoon of 2/26/26 with another Yelp Elite, which was several weeks after a Queens Yelp Elite Event was held here. We were served by bartender Leni, who served us Silver Coin Margaritas (heavy on the 1800 Silver Tequila + a little Cointreau+ No Triple Sec, please!!!). The cocktails were refreshingly strong! For an appetizer, we ordered the Arroz Chaufa (pronounced "CHOW-FA"), which is an off-menu selection that is similar to Chinese House Special Fried Rice (an assortment of meats and shrimp). It was good but had a tad too much soy sauce. We also ordered the Parrilladas (an assortment of grilled meats and shrimp). The shrimp was fresh, and it was my favorite part of the dish. The beef was tender, but it needed an extra dash of salt. The pork loin and chicken breast were dry, so I could not taste the flavor. We ordered the tres leches and the flan for dessert. The tres leches was no big deal, but the flan was the tastiest flan that I have had in a long time! I wouldn't mind coming back here just to eat that! Street parking was tough due to the recent snowfall. Overall, the experience was good! This review is a 3.5/5 stars rounded off to 4. read more

Quality: 8/10 the beef was a bit chewy and their quesadillas are a bit plain without their hot sauces, but the guacamole and chips are always a hit Variety: 10/10 they have an extensive menu and we went on Valentine's day so they also had a Valentine's day-special menu Atmosphere/Cleanliness: 8/10 restaurant has a good amount of seating and decorated well for holidays and special occasions but for bigger parties (6+) I would call ahead Service: 6/10 the staff seems to be busy all the time so they will probably check in on you just once or twice, took a little bit to get their attention for things such as napkins and water Price: $85/including tax, tip, and two frozen cocktails I gave this place 4 stars because I primarily came for the arroz chaufa, but it was nowhere on the menu and when asked about it, they told me it was only offered in the brunch menu, that wasn't offered to me (it was a Sunday) so that was kind of disappointing. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but the food fell short. I visited for happy hour so drinks were $8-$10 until 7pm. The BBQ chicken felt like it came straight from a freezer bag, and while the drinks were strong, they tasted syrupy and artificial. The nachos were the only "okay" part of my meal. There are so many other spots to dine/enjoy happy hour, I don't see a reason to return. read more

2/26/26. Sat at the bar and had Chaufa ($23), parrillada ($40.95), white rice ($5), tres leches and flan (both $7.95). Odd that chips and salsa are not complimentary. Food was ok, black beans were mostly liquid, the Chaufa was much saltier and oilier than my last visit (tasty but I would modify my order next time), the parrillada needed more seasoning. Lenny, the bartender, made the night with a killer margarita..even correcting my initial drink! read more

I will definitely come here again. I came here because I was not able to attend the last Yelp event here. It was a great experience from start to finish! I mean look at those plates of food! The pork belly is divine I tell you and my husbands coconut margarita was absolutely delicious! Our waiter was nothing but friendly and corteous! Omg their sauces are literal fire! So fresh and good. We had chimichurri and the house hot sauce hit just right - you only need just a bit!!! It is a lively place for brunch with families with children such a nice atmosphere! Good job Casa Margaritas!!!! read more

Went there to get a couple drinks and the service is all right. It's nice inside but nothing special just another typical Latin spot. They see they're Colombian but there's nothing really Colombian about it. I feel like more Mexican in there. read more

OMG where do I begin. Juan and his staff are amazing. We love their attention and prompt response. The ambience is mixed with sport events, parties and weekend Dj's or live performers. Their drinks are some of the best in town. The food is amazing. It is not overly seasoned or salty like most typical Spanish restaurants. Yet is flavorful and plenty. Also, they are priced decently and not overpriced like some of the local spots. The place lends itself for casual dinning, happy hour or brunch. Such a local gem. I want them to be here for a long time. read more

I was really craving Mexican food. I wanted rice and beans and an affordable margarita. This is the place. $10 margs. You can't beat that in this economy where every cocktail is $15+. Their menu is extensive, while even having beyond meat for vegans and vegetarians. The ambiance is incredible. When I walked in, I saw two abuelitas eating there. I knew we'd be in good hands at this restaurant. I even saw someone having a birthday celebration and they make it special for the guest. I highly recommend this restaurant. Check out their brunch too! read more

I really love this place. My best friend introduced me to this place one weekday during happy hour. Their happy hour are$8 frozen margaritas and honestly they have the best margaritas in the area. They have all the flavors you can possibly imagine. I especially love their mora and maracuya margarita; either on the rocks or frozen with tajin on the rim. I have tried several things from their food menu; if you are in the mood for a soup, they have a very good ajiaco. If you're in the mood for an appetizer, their fried calamari is also very good as well as the guacamole with crispy chicharrón. If you want to order something more filling, their steak with rice and beans is always delicious. The staff is here is always welcoming and friendly every time we stop by. They also have karaoke nights I believe on Thursday which is a lot of fun. If you are in the Bellerose area, definitely give this place a try. read more

We meet up with lifetime friends at this neighborhood Mexican / Colombian spot. Funny that this is right there in the middle of each respective houses. I d been hearing good things about this new place. Glad that we made it here today. I enjoyed my Mango margarita. It was strong and loved it suaveness. It paired well with my calamari. I had that a " it's 5 o'clock somewhere" feeling! The same feeling goes with my friend about his mojito drinks. Then we tried what the place is known for, their Colombian cuisine . We are familiar with the taste and the place met our expectations. The serving size of each plate was good for 2 persons and we had leftovers that we took home. Our server was great! A local/ neighborhood business that's worth visiting again. Adding as was questioned for rating: One star less for our seating location , close to restroom and on traffic way. How could you totally enjoy your drinks and food? read more

The margaritas are delicious! I got a frozen tamarindo Margarita for $10. The shrimp quesadillas were nice and cheesy. It came with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream. $15. Bistec Criolla was worth it. $20. Saturdays are a bit noisy because they have music. This past Saturday were two singers , singing karaoke songs. Husband and wife - very good singers. Polite. The food is overall good. This is a hidden gem in Bellerose/Queens. It has a lovely restaurant feel to it. Everyone is welcomed. Families do bring their children. Street parking. I would recommend going there for drinks. Staff are super pleasant. The bar area can be separate from the restaurant area. read more

I'll be honest, I came for the air conditioning because I was stuck in the area. It's too hot out. It's freezing in here LOL decided to go with the chips and guacamole first and it came with free salsa! (That wasn't on the menu) YAY! win. They had a different brand of apple soda, less sugar but equally delicious. If someone hadn't told me it was less sugar I wouldn't have tasted the difference. Now the winner, the corn on the cob was slathered extremely generously. I was licking my fingers and when I was done, I used the chips to scoop up the rest of whatever was slathered on. Steak, looked dry and not appetizing but don't let the looks deceive you, flavorful, soft not chewy. Kids ate it up and I snuck a few bites. Oh yes, tacos. Our favorite was the fish tacos! The spicy sauce was delicious! This place is moms and pops feel, it's not plated beautifully or fancy but it tastes absolutely amazing. I'll be back for the taco salad, rotisserie chicken and the quesadillas next! read more

Casa Margaritas - Mexican Near Me - Bellerose, New York

Ive been here so many times because i live in the neighborhood. I dont know if it was just a iffy day for them but even the sides werent good the only thing good on this plate was the maduros (sweet plantains). The rice and beans had zero flavor. the rice seemed like it was from the day before which the person i had gone with too said the same. the bistec wasnt even bistec it was the same type of meat the use for carne asada (steak) . it was so hard i couldnt even get through half of it. it wasnt just hard but also just didnt taste good. if you see the picture attached you cant even see what plate this is because of how much onion the put. i love onions and am a huge fan and can eat a whole plate of just onions but these onions i didnt even eat more than a spoon. the condimento (condiments) used were so much and the taste was no appealing. its was to like strong in condiment. As i had said it was my first time ordering this plate , usually i get the carne asada but usually the steak comes iut hard so i wanted to try a meat thats known to be softer (bistec). Im not sure if they changed chefs since even the rice and beans were different in taste but wont be coming here as much anymore. read more

I didn't care for the grilled chicken due to its lack of seasoning. It was on the bland side however the plantains were sweet and the beans were flavorful. A cute but no-frills Queens restaurant with lively music (they had a performer the night I went), tasty cocktails, and attentive service. The portions are very large and my friend I shared the coconut shrimp appetizer, which was delicious. I ordered a frozen guava margarita (not too sweet, so it was perfect), and only main course I had the baked snapper with rice, but it also had tomatoes and veggies, as well as delicious yucca. Note that the fish comes whole (with the tail and head) so you have to filet it yourself. read more

3 stars overall, points for a good menu and drink options! The restaurant was not very crowded on a random Tuesday so making a reservation was not needed but we did given the size of our group. The tables were well spaced apart and the noise level was low. Music was playing on the overhead speakers and a few media screens here and there. Looking at the menu, I couldn't tell at first if it was meant to be Columbian or Mexican as it offered both cuisine options - so Latin American is the way it's categorized online. Part of the charm I guess, since you can get both cuisines in one place. The dishes were plated simply and proportioned well. I liked it, no fuss and easy to share if you wanted to. Started off with cocktails and appetizers. Guacamole and chips as well as shredded beef arepas. The way the arepa choices were listed was not clear...we thought we were getting one of each. That was not the case. A bunch of us got carne asada entrees and someone ordered a quesadilla. One couple ordered smart and got the Parrillada - grilled protein platter, think steak, pork loin, chicken breast, sausage and shrimp. That's a meal and then some. I wished my carne had more seasoning and the pork was crispy but a little too crisp for my taste. Good value on the pricing but nothing memorable about the dishes. I did enjoy the company I was with and the drinks! read more

Casa Margaritas has to be, single-handedly, the BEST restaurant I've ever been to, in the 25 years of being on this Earth. I can see myself coming to this restaurant for the rest of the remainder of my life and NEVER get tired of it. First of all their drinks are phenomenal (shoutouts to the bartender) for never skimping out and making the HOUSE of MARGARITAS live by its name ‼ my favorite drink would be the Jack Honey but when I'm really feeling loose, any jumbo will always be an option. Prices are so good and for the amount of liquor they pour into the glass- no other place will compare ever again. Secondly, there has never been a moment where the food missed (shoutouts to the chefs) I've ordered the Entrana (my ride or die) every Friday night I go. When I tell you I can feel the very essence of my soul recover from seeing the meal get delivered to the table- trust me I mean it. The Entrana with a Jack honey as a combo is #1 like I love this meal so much I might name my first child Entrana and the next two Jack and Honey. I'm gatekeeping pictures of the Entrana for two reasons; one-once its delivered, it gets devoured and two-you deserve to be in awe once you get it like why would I ruin the surprise~ Lastly, I'm absolutely obsessed with this place ever since I stepped foot in it. It's literally become my stable- always good music, good energy, amazing staff, delicious food, the best drinks. I leave every Friday night feeling hope for humanity. Good luck finding any other restaurant that does that read more

Delightful experience from start to finish! Frozen margaritas, salchipapas, fried calamari, and fresh tortilla chips with guacamole just to get things going. Bandeja tipica, Carne asada and Cazuela de mariscos (seafood stew) as entrees. Delicious and authentic flavor profiles, generous portions and couterteous staff makes this a true neighborhood gem. Comfortable, clean, family friendly and whimsically decorated for the holidays. These folks understand what success in the restaurant business requires. Came on a Monday night for a bday dinner, for apps we had the elote, Chicharron, and wings. Elote was pricey for 3 pieces. Chicharron was good, cooked well. Wings were fine. For entrees the Bandeja Típica was good, Skirt Steak was a big portion but overcooked, also the chimichurri tasted like pesto. The Fried Red Snapper was good, also got the arepas which were really bad. The beans were good. My nephew got the penne vodka with chicken (I know it's not an Italian restaurant but he's a kid and can be picky) but the pasta was way overcooked and they used a bunch of seasonings that was really off putting for him (and us) so he didn't eat it. Just ordered a side of rice for him to eat with the chicken. We found it insane that they charge $5 for a very small bowl of white rice. The service was lacking, slight language barrier with our waiter but the issue was he was so busy we had to wait long periods to order, for him to return with requested items, for water, etc. He would get to the table then run off immediately. Asked for mayonnaise got blue cheese. One of the entrees arrived and then the other 4 took another 15 minutes. They did song happy birthday with a sign which was very festive and nice. Friendly waiter but service was definitely slow and lacking, management needs to look at staffing. read more
