Chuck's reply to my review is full of inaccuracies, misdirection, and other nonsense. (A great example of this is his criticism of my reviews as trolling. I have 350 4 and 5-star reviews and over 1000 likes.) He didn't communicate any of the concerns about work space, most likely because they are illegitimate. He did tell me when we he was 10 minutes away, but that doesn't change the fact that he was 90 minutes late. And since he charges by the hour and not by the piece, I clearly wasn't trying to get him to do another one for free. I first asked my super to help me move an air conditioner into my bedroom about a month ago (well in advance of the heat). After he blew me off multiple times, I couldn't take it any more. I reached out to a bunch of people to find someone to help me out, but most of them were booked through the weekend or gave me crazy high price estimates ($275 to move one A/C window unit between two rooms? Really?). Chuck responded to my initial message quickly and gave me one of the better price estimates. He was available to schedule for the next day and even got here an hour early (he texted me first to make sure that was ok). He was nice, professional, and got the job done quickly. Quick installation of AC and reasonable price. Unfortunately one of the internal brackets was inverted drilled through the middle of the sill, with no permission sought from apartment dweller in advance, potentially jeopardizing the renters' security deposit. The foam blocks also were not used correctly; the large blocks were supposed to fit in the sides. Instead, the smaller sized ones were stacked like legos, jammed and glued in, so when other crevices need it, they were already used.
