When I arrived, I told the host that I was alone, and I was immediately told to sit by the entrance because there were supposedly no other tables available, even though I could clearly see several empty tables. The service was even more disappointing. The young skinny kid server who was taking care of my table had a poor attitude, barely spoke, seemed bothered by simple questions, and made me feel unwelcome. Customer service is one of the most important parts of the hospitality business, and this experience fell far below expectations. If you want your business to continue growing and succeed, I recommend hiring experienced, professional servers who know how to make guests feel welcome rather than relying on inexperienced staff to run the front of the house. The various cheeses make for a complex flavor that matches well with the meat and creates a wonderful consistency with the double sided dough. It may appear small in size, but it's so full of cheesy, meaty, veggie, doughy goodness that one of these can easily feed two hungry adults no problem. On the owners recommendation we ordered a Halal Beef Soujok Kiri, and my son wanted to try the Beef Shawarma. He offered to add spice, so I had him add a bit to the Soujok and it really added as wonderful depth of flavor to the mix. Both were incredibly tasty though, and my family loved them! I also ordered a mixed "sweet pie" that had a row of Nutella, Lotus (Biscoff Cookie), and Sugar and Milk mix which allowed us to try all three flavors. It took the machine more than a few minutes and more than a few tries to get ice, as if it hadn't been used in awhile. Once we got our ice water, the taste was nasty. I just set my water aside. It took about 30 min to get our food and it was just lukewarm, not hot as most pizzas are. Maybe this is how it's supposed to be, but not impressed. Make sure to pay attention to the pricing. They only have pizzas, but the price list shows the EGYPTION, MEXICAN & AMERICAN "way". The Egyption is the most expensive "way".... which is approximately $16 MORE PER PIZZA than the AMERICAN.
