Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. When I arrived, I told the host that I was alone, and I was immediately told to sit by the entrance because there were supposedly no other tables available, even though I could clearly see several empty tables. The service was even more disappointing. The young skinny kid server who was taking care of my table had a poor attitude, barely spoke, seemed bothered by simple questions, and made me feel unwelcome. Customer service is one of the most important parts of the hospitality business, and this experience fell far below expectations. If you want your business to continue growing and succeed, I recommend hiring experienced, professional servers who know how to make guests feel welcome rather than relying on inexperienced staff to run the front of the house. They have plenty of hookah flavors and by 8:00 pm the place was packed and you could not see through the smoke lol. Service is a little spotty if you need help. There were some helpful servers and some that were lacking. The place has 2-3 too many tables, you have to walk through a maze to try to exit because it is so cramped. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Most of our group ended up just holding our pee in! Overall the place had good vibes but there are some holes in the service. Also, Parking gets extremely crowded at night.
