Abed contacted me promptly and was very professional (from the beginning). Abed listened to my request, asked for pictures, and offered me multiple options to get to my goal. I truly appreciated the fact that Abed guided me in doing my staircase the right way - versus cutting corners per say - which essentially did not cost me any more money. Upon the installation, the installers (Ash and Sam) were extremely prompt and proficient. They were outstanding and diligent in their work; as a result, I was more than satisfied with the results - it turned out "exactly" how I envisioned it. This company may not necessarily be the cheapest as far as quotes, but, their pricing is very fair, and as noted above, their work is amazing. I am already planning to use them again in the future. I would give them a 6 rating if it was available - they were that good from start to finish.

Then when I walked into their showroom, again, neither him or the assistant was wearing a mask. Brandon did make note of what I wanted in an outdoor kitchen and did an awesome drawing, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted so I called the assistant to have Brandon call me before he started the revision with the changes, he didn't call back, strangely enough, the assistant called me a week later to set up an appointment and I asked her if she asked Brandon to call me and she couldn't remember. So, I said I can't make the final appointment until he calls me back so I can tell him the changes. He did finally call back a week after that and I told him the changes, but now it's been going on 3 weeks to make those minor changes and he still hasn't called back to show me the new changes in the 2D and 3D drawings so we could move forward. I guess I won't ever hear back from him. Just to note, I was told I would get a 2D and 3D drawing, I only got 1 of those for my money which was $300, but it wasn't the one with the final new changes (what a rip off). Guess he doesn't want to do business with me as the reason he is avoiding me. So disappointed in how I was treated. I've moved on to other companies that ARE interested in doing business with me. Avoid this company.

I was in the process of renovating my kitchen and needed to see what was out there to fully flesh out my ideas while staying within budget. Colours by Earth Stone is a Houston based company with locations all around the country. There is a showroom and a warehouse here, where it seems a lot of material loading is done locally. I've been here a handful of times and have come out of it inspired and refreshed each time. The employees are fairly good about answering questions and I never felt pressured to purchase anything while perusing their endless selection of tiles. The latter might have newcomers feeling a little overwhelmed with the process, but I appreciate the variety in colors and patterns. I also really love the real world setups for the bathroom and kitchen. Estimates will vary, but do a little comparison shopping to ensure the best price. I feel the prices are competitive but might be a little more than some other places. At the end of the day, quality matters a lot, and they certainly have no shortage of that. Be sure to take home sample tiles for comparison and have a list of questions ready for the staff.
