Normally when I leave a nail salon I still have to clean up little bits of the dip/ glue or my cuticle. Not here. She did my short functional almond shape nails perfect and inspected them closely after they were 'done'. My nails look so smooth and natural and uniform it's unreal! Wish I got my techs name! Also, the massage I received during both manicure and pedicure were fantastic (I never expect much but I would pay top dollar here just for a massage)! I learned that this is a family owned and operated business, and it is obvious that they take a lot of pride in what they do. The staff was kind and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. They are currently getting a new outside sign made for the storefront so do not be surprised if you arrive and it does not say BIOS, yet. You are at the right place of you are next to Rebounderz. Their polish selection was plentiful, and they even had matching gel polish and regular polishes!!! I normally get a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure, and I thought it was really cool that I could have the exact same color in both gel and regular. The scrub and lotion is handmade by the owner and smells amazing and is chemical-free. I hope that she starts selling some for clients to take home soon!
