After multiple designers failed to solve the layout challenges of my small kitchen, an associate recommended Roberto Leira at Majestic Kitchens--describing him as the Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom of kitchen design. That comparison could not have been more accurate. Roberto immediately knew exactly what to do. His attention to detail was exceptional, from cabinet and lighting selections to finishes, countertops, and flooring. Every decision was thoughtful and intentional. The result is a beautifully designed, highly functional kitchen with more storage than I ever imagined possible. Majestic Kitchens is not the cheapest option, but they are truly the best. Despite being warned by my realtor that Majestic is considered lower mid-tier, I decided to make a showroom appointment to conduct my due diligence. I called at 11:19am on 4/11/2023, but unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone had no phone manners whatsoever. It is puzzling that a company would put someone like her at the forefront of getting new business. Her condescending tone made me feel like I was wasting her time, so I ended the call. After reading other reviews, it appears that this issue is well-known and has persisted for almost a decade. This tells me that the problem is systemic and cannot be fixed by simply apologizing or trying to "remedy" the situation. Be very careful dealing with this company. They installed counter tops in my kitchen that very quickly became discolored. They said they would take care of it. After multiple visits trying to get out the discoloration they stopped taking my calls and wouldn't return my emails. Finally they answered but were unwilling to stand behind their product and offered me a small fraction of the replacement cost. I know they are considered the least expensive option in the area but now I know why. Stay away. read more

Our kitchen and powder room were so ugly that we needed a total demolition down to the studs, and a complete renovation including flooring. Maria designed us a beautiful kitchen and we love it! And, she stayed within the budget that we laid out at the beginning! We also wanted one-stop shopping and Majestic was able to provide everything from a full set of plans (which the contractor followed with ease) to the tile floor, cabinets, backsplash, countertops, vanity (powder room) and hardware. They also coordinated all deliveries and stayed within the timeline as promised. I highly recommend Majestic and Maria. Also, 5 stars to Mike M. in shipping. He is polite and responsive. read more

When I called to make an appointment, I was scheduled with Maria. She made me feel like I was wasting her time and annoying her. It was very uncomfortable. We had a bad experience with Majestic. We closed on our house in April and went to Majestic the next day as we wanted to renovate the kitchen before I delivered our baby in October. I was introduced to Scott and we set up an appointment for that Thursday. Thursday morning arrived and he didn't show up. After 30 min, I called the office and they said they would call me back. They then called back and said he was on his way. It was obvious that he forgot about the appointment. He showed up almost an hour late and as I was already trying to entertain two toddlers among stacks of boxes, I wasn't pleased. He took some measurements and said he would get back to me in two weeks. Two weeks came and went. I followed up with him several times and he finally sent some renderings that were quite similar to the existing layout on 5/30. Given that we'd already wasted almost a month, I scheduled a meeting with him on 6/4 to go over the drawings. We met at his office and went over some changes. That was the last I ever heard from him. I just don't understand a customer coming into the office ready to hand over money as soon as possible to get the job done quickly. We wanted to get this done before our third baby arrived and were willing to pay a premium to do so. I don't know why he didn't take me seriously, but it was quite frustrating. As a result, I cannot recommend Majestic. read more

Funny that there are only 5 star fake reviews and one star actual customer reviews. I thought the design process was great but as soon as they got my deposit, there was no way to get information or final details done with them. Even after I complained about the lack of responses to the showroom manager, I still didn't hear from the designer on things I need to finish up the project. I just wish I read the reviews before we gave majestic money. Beyond frustrating. Maybe they will read this yelp review and get back to me. They certainly do not respond to phone calls and emails. read more

We have used Majestic several times over the years, having Pat as our designer. We did kitchens and baths at 3 different homes. Not only is Pat a pleasure to work with but very knowledgeable and patient in helping us make decisions. Mike and William are also terrific. Each experience exceeds the prior experience. Most recently we had an emergency need for handicap bars in our shower and they quickly provided us with the bars, and arranged to have an installer come within a few days in time for my husband to return from the hospital. I can't say enough good things about the whole team at Majestic. In addition, they have a wonderful selection and were very helpful in working within our budget. Majestic Kitchen & Baths was recommend to us by our Architect, who has been working in lower Westchester for over 20yrs and is familiar with many kitchen & bath businesses in the area. We are extremely happy with Majestic's service and the products that they sell. The showroom is large and showcases a good amount of the products that they offer. Evan, our designer, was knowledgeable and friendly and was always available when we sought him out. He was upfront about each product that we considered and did not try to up-sell. The installation was quick and done to our expectation, leaving us with the beautiful kitchen that we've been wanting for years. If I could give zero stars I would. We had the absolute worst experience here, do NOT ever go to Maria. In fact, she should be fired for her behavior towards us. She spoke very condescendingly towards myself and my family. Acted as if she was some sort of god and know-it-all. Never answered or returned our calls. Could only get her on email. She ignored our requests for information. When we did speak, she was very curt and short in her tone. I'm sorry, have we inconvenienced you by not spending $100k? Communication was beyond lacking. We had to make trips out of our way to go into this showroom to try to get answers and information because no one picks up your calls after the receptionist transfers you and no one returns. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement. Watching Maria speak the way that she did to my mother infuriated me. She's from the bottom of the barrel. Kick her to the curb like she does to customers. I'll never recommend your "business" to anyone nor will I ever use it in the future. Thanks, but no thanks. read more

The woman I met with there was rude and really did not help me make any choices. She was a complete snob. I almost felt like she did not want to sell me anything. She was a snob who treated me as if I were too poor to buy from her. This was a terrible experience. I have never visited a design center of any kind and received this level of impatience. Our sales person seemed very put upon that we were asking for suggestions and guidance. We went there with a general sense of what we wanted to do in our kitchen as my husband and I are not architects or designers. She hurried us through the showroom and told us that the samples she had would not really help us, that we needed to visit a granite slab yard to see real samples, however she would not recommend WHERE we should go. I do not recommend this place and urge people to seek help elsewhere. read more

Front desk associate was very nice ! Walked around the store for over an hour ! When at front desk asking how to arrange an appointment , receptionist tried to get 2 designers to help us and they gave an excuse and did not even acknowledge us. I felt very uneasy and did explain that we would not be using their services due to the lack or professionalism!
