Debbie was awesome to work with and helped walk us through how to choose the right fixtures. Some of the info we needed wasn't online, so she helped us navigate it all with a list of parts needed at the end. He'd occasionally chime in on conversation I was only having with my wife. When we were finally ready to have a conversation about said remodel, we were met with offensive remarks pertaining to our taste and how we'd go about about using the kitchen. The guy literally said "no offense, but"... and continued with his condescending rhetoric. We ended up cutting the conversation short and walking out, despite the fact that we fell in love with one of the showroom designs and would've proceeded with it.
