**Exceptional Service, Great Prices, and a Team That Truly Cares!** I cannot say enough wonderful things about **Westchester Kitchen & Bath in Yonkers!** Having purchased a kitchen from a big-box retailer in the past, I can honestly say that the experience I had here was on an entirely different level. A HUGE shout-out to Bob, Sand, Chris, and Sophia, as well as the entire team! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, courteous, kind, funny, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience. They make you feel right at home rather than like just another customer. What truly impressed me was how they went above and beyond. They were attentive throughout the entire process, supported my decisions, answered my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my selections. Their prices are great, and they genuinely want you to be happy with your investment. Even when it came time for delivery, their level of service did not stop. They made a special effort to ensure my kitchen cabinets were delivered as expected, and two members of the team even took the extra time to make sure everything was delivered correctly and without any issues. That kind of attention to detail and follow-through speaks volumes about a company. I also want to recognize the owner, who was equally amazing and personally wanted to ensure that I was taken care of. It is clear that customer satisfaction is important to the entire team, from the owner to every person you interact with. If you are looking for more than just beautiful kitchen cabinets and want **great pricing, genuine customer service, knowledgeable people, and a company that stands behind its customers**, please do yourself a favor and visit Westchester Kitchen & Bath. We just did our kitchen and it's not an easy process especially the first time around. My wife and I are competitive shoppers and by being so we learn from one person to the next what we can expect and need to do. What materials we favor over others and most importantly the staff and how knowledgeable and helpful they are as they walk you through what can be a stressful and expensive procedure to accomplish the vision that's in your head. After visiting a number of shops we chose Westchester Kitchen & Bath. Why, because we were met and assisted by Sandy. Sandy is unbelievably knowledgeable, helpful, calm and knows his products inside out. He didn't try to persuade us in any direction just gave us the pros and cons on each of our choices in order for us to decide what would be best for us. He answered any questions that came up later by either email or phone immediately. There was no hesitation or delays which can make things more difficult when you are in the middle of this process. He recommend how we can go about finding stores for various items we needed. I can go on and on about Sandy but I'll end this by simply saying, "we were very lucky to walk into this store and find this one in a million gentleman by the name of Sandy Schechter". read more

What can I say. This experience was a first for me: The showroom was amazing, but what I loved about it was the salesperson who helped us. Not only did he asked what we were looking for, he listened. He didn't try to talk us out of something or say we were wrong. He took our ideas, showed us what was available, and then sized the cabinets correctly. When the countertop we ordered became unavailable, he picked out ones he thought we would like based on our conversations and he was spot on. It was truly a pleasure working with him. For the renovation part of the project - WOW. The guys were above terrific. Neat, courteous, polite, and a total pleasure to be around. It was sad when they left, especially for the dog as they took the time to pet her every day. Never have I seen such professionalism. Other outfits advertise that they will respect your home, but these guys actually did so. They treated our project as if they were doing their own kitchen. They kept us involved every step of the way, and made sure we were genuinely happy. This was our fifth home improvement project, and hands down the best. It will be hard to find any team better. Thank you thank you thank you read more

Hello, I am one of the owners of Westchester Kitchen & Bath. Looking at some of these reviews is really Disturbing how far from the truth it is and not sure who these people are that are writing them . I also happen to be a contractor who does a lot of work for people who buy kitchens from the store. None of these people with these complaints , I don't even know who they are or did I even price a job for them . And I definitely did not do the job for them because that's not how I operate. Maybe these people bought a kitchen from us and hired a contractor that did not work In a professional manor that had no affiliation to us , but that not we are about. As a business we have been in that location for 30 years for all the good reasons . So please don't let these fake reviews fool you. I can promise you that people posting these reviews are fake. I would like theses people to produce a check to the contractor that did this work and I can guarantee that it was not me or any contractor affiliated with us . Thanks and I hope this makes people using these fake reviews think twice before believing this stuff And stop by to see us for your kitchen and bath needs read more

This summer I was looking to renovate 3 kitchens in my house and I visited many places but no one impressed me more than Westchester Kitchen & Bath. Upon entering through the door, I was greeted by a sales representative named Sandy. He immediately showed me around the showroom showing me various types of kitchen cabinets. Throughout my visit, Sandy was a polite and acted like a gentleman. He explained and answered many questions that I had. The store allowed me to take samples home to so I could decide which one worked best for my home. Sandy went above and beyond his job. He came to my house take measurements and gave me recommendations to improve on the layout of each kitchen. His insights and suggestions was superb and precise. During the renovation process, Sandy was there each step of the way either by being present or by phone. It was a pleasure to work with him and the rest of the employees at Westchester Kitchen & Bath. read more

In our open-plan space and with our love of cooking, the kitchen is truly the heart of our home. Shy at Westchester Kitchen & Bath played a huge, important role in what was basically a gut renovation of our kitchen. Even though the dimensions are on the smaller side (condo, not McMansion), she made sure to maximize every inch of space for us. She reconfigured the dimensions of the cabinetry, replacing a shallow pantry that wouldn't fit most of our items with additional, valuable countertop space and a more functional cabinet design. Shy explained each step of the process and helped us weigh among various options, providing (and at times, demonstrating) practical points of view. We also benefitted from her keen eye for design. In the end, we have a bright and functional kitchen space that complements the rest of our space and provides us with everything we need! read more

I have a small to medium size kitchen in a co-op and this was my first time remodeling my kitchen. I worked with Shy R. from beginning to end and I have to say that she was a tremendous help to me. She gave me some ideas that I had not thought of and her knowledge in designing a kitchen is superb. After my cabinets were installed, I sent her pictures of the entire kitchen. From these pictures she noticed something wrong and called me right away. My contractor had installed one of the cabinets incorrectly. Thank goodness I sent her the pics, otherwise, my contractor would've gotten away with it. She was very diligent and patient with me. The company they use for the countertops and backsplash also did a great job. I highly recommend Shy from W.K&B. Jessica R. Yonkers, NY P.S. To All: I recommend you take after pictures and send them in! read more

We had our kitchen redone this past summer - total gut and renovation -(a very scary process) but Sandy guided us through every phase. Sandy came to our home and gave us 2 different design options. Our kitchen was very old and odd shaped, so placement of appliances were a big issue, as well as our need for seating. We trusted him and we were so glad we did! He answered all our endless questions and was a big help when it came to picking out everything from cabinets, door pulls, handles, granite, back splash and appliances. He also coordinated with our contractor which was a huge plus. Pretty much everything was done in a timely manner, phone calls and e-mails were always answered and returned. We LOVE our kitchen and are so glad we went with Sandy and Westchester Kitchen and Bath! Highly recommend them!! read more

Shy is my go to for all things kitchen and bath. I've followed her from multple employers. She recently redid my kitchen after a complete demo. She is very professional and accomodating of needs and schedules. Her wealth of industry knowledge surpasses every other designer I've met. I rely on her ability to devise plans to meet my needs. She considers all the real life nuances that I don't even know should be applied when making a decision. I dont have to know what I need just what I want and she makes it happen.. Unlike others in the field whom seem to just fit cabinets together like puzzle pieces no matter the appearance, her additional interior design degree makes sure the end result is always aesthetically pleasing. I whole heartedly recommend her without reservation. read more

Chris and his team worked with me to design my new kitchen. Choices can be overwhelming by yourself. His designer Adrianna had me pick pictures off Pinterest and Houzz. She understood my taste and designed a perfect Kitchen for me. She guided me in all the decisions I had to make, always listening to my input. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.Excellent products. I highly recommend this store! read more

A great place to help put together all the complexities of a kitchen (especially if you do it once every 20 years like me). The store has a great culture of professionalism and friendliness (shout out to Linda and Shy) that make the process easier. There was an error from a supplier that they jumped on and worked overtime to rectify quickly. Will go back every time. read more

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Sandy takes the time to give his years of experience on going over all the details of cabinet quality and design.
