Then, when the sale begins, the "sale" price is NOT 40% off regularly posted price. Rather it is 43% off the supposed original price. This equates to the truth being the sale is a 3% discount; NOT a 40% discount. Just something to keep in mind so you aren't tricked into thinking you are getting a 40% discount. You are not. Had a horrible experience with delivery. Apparently they only offer curbside delivery.....for tile? I had to carry in over 300 pounds of tile myself. I called corporate in an attempt to get a refund for the $115 I paid in delivery fees only to have to carry in the tile myself. Would never purchase from here again. read more

Decent selection and the prices are reasonable for the high quality. My problem is that the staff is snooty and they ignore you and keep you waiting, even if they are not doing anything. The worst experience i have ever had in my life purchasing anything. I was initially told a couple weeks deliver. After 3 months of waiting I realized that many of the items I paid for weren't even ordered. Some items that i was told 3 weeks delivery are taking 5 months. They screwed up one thing after another.
