They covered the floors in the work areas and left the place clean at the end of the day and at the end of the job. It's nice that they are based very close to our home, which makes things easy for them and for us. We will call them again for our next job, large or small.

Not only did they have a huge variety of options they were very good at keeping within price ranges and showing alternatives to more expensive options. They also helped us look at things we normally would have glossed right over (our kitchen back-splash in particular). The service HUGELY outweighed any Hope Depot/Lowes and the prices were around the same if not cheaper. Not to mention Hope Depot said it would be 2-3 weeks for anything that had to be ordered (which would have been everything as they don't keep much in stock these days) and Village Tile is getting everything to me in less than 2 days... I strongly recommend going here over the big box stores. You will get far better service and support your local business owners!!

The damaged included water damage in dining room ceiling, scratched wood floors and other damage on wood floors, a copper sink they damaged while installing it. Their employee hammered it and scratched and warped the sink ( that was another nightmare to get it replaced and when they finally did they acted like they did me a favor). And I did a stop payment on a check because after trying to get them back to finish because this project dragged on for so long, they stopped showing up . I gave them the benefit , wrote a check and they did not show up the next day, so I stopped the check. They will take zero responsibility on anything that doesn't go right.. it was amazing the excuses they would make up. Zero stars is what they deserve. Horrible!
