For this guy to get so angry so fast when asked for a simple response, makes me wonder how he still has a job. Honestly, I can only assume that unless this guy has a record of being so prolifically rude to every customer that walks thru the door that this guy is a grade A homophobe. I know homophobia when I see it. Ive lived with it my whole life. But I called him out and told him he was rude and that I could have gone to Home Depot but I want to support Feinsod's in the shadow of a superstore. When I said I could have easily gone to Home Depot but chose not to he screamed to me "THEN GO TO HOME DEPOT!" Thankfully the magic of search engines told me that Greenwich Hardware did. When the cart arrived, it turned out to be the wrong one. They were selling the new cart, not the old one I needed. Instead of simply issuing a refund, Trey promised to do everything in his power to help me track down what I needed. It only took him a few days to come through! He called in a favor at Weber and had a buddy do a deep search of their entire inventory, eventually finding one tucked away in an old warehouse in Indiana. It was shipped to me post-haste. This was a level of customer service that knocked me off my feet. If I'm ever in town, I'll make sure to stop by and thank Trey in person. I can't think of a time I've visited when I wasn't approached by a salesperson offering help. The store is well stocked and immaculate, and they can even do repairs on some household items. In fact, I brought something in for repair last week and received a call just a few hours later that it was ready for pickup. And this kind of turnaround was on a Sunday!
