This issue arose because I chose to plug in my tub (how hard could it be) because hiring an electrician to come to an island by boat is difficult. Turns out, an electrician would have known to clamp the main power cord. Pulling on it over time ended up shorting out the circuit board. That's when the fun began. NESpas made sure to order the right replacement board, put me on a group chat and walked me through the installation. I clamped the power cord and it's operated flawlessly ever since. Don't go anywhere else!

Never made it through one whole season. On the MFG website it has Leslie pools as an authorized repair shop. I go there and was told it's 1 month to fix and they didn't have a Polaris freedom in stock. This is why I bought a 2nd from central pools. I buy the 2nd one on 7/21/2025. Used it 3 times. On the 3rd time the unit stopped moving. Same exact error as the first one. Unit broken on 8/2/2025 (11 days). Go to return this piece of junk unit and was told to go pound sand. Argued with the owner for over an hour. I bought the only one they sold last year and the only one they sold this year. But the owner tells me he sells these all the time. He gets his Polaris from Hopkinton MA but doesn't restock a hot selling $1,800 item for 11 days?. The stories this guy comes up with are unreal. He should have been a Science fiction, author. FYI to anyone who cares, this place knows nothing about polaris vacuums. Everything they told me contradicts what Leslie Pools said. Owner wasn't even sure if the battery can be replaced and they can. It was equivalent to arguing with a child. Guy would just bring up other customers examples to justify why your situation or complaint isn't valid all while refusing to take back and return the crappy product to his distributor. He'll respond here saying how it's not his fault why the product broke or how it's not his fault I bought it and blah blah blah. Bottom line is he can 100% send this back to his distributor and is refusing. Unfortunately he's sold a junk product to a business owner who deals with MFG and distributors on a daily basis. Sent an email, got a response decently quick asking for part numbers. In the mean time, I had filled out a survey they sent to my email and somebody reached out to me promptly. The next day I still did not get a confirmation of receiving my email, I asked the lady who reached out about the survey and sent her a screenshot of the email hoping she could confirm the guy got my email. She told me (Tuesday) that he got my email and the parts are being shipped out that day. I made it clear that the pool was built to where I could build it and I'm nervous that it'll damage the pool by not being stabilized, if we have winds or a storm. It's a week later and still no parts or tracking information. I called today they told me what I wanted to hear "I will have Perry reach out to you by email by the end of the day today", I said thank you.. no email, no call, still no parts. the pool wasn't cheap, and upon looking into their reviews which I should have done prior to giving them my business.. Until we visited a home show, and we priced out pools - and just when we were about to "bite the bullet", a well known company in the North Shore, that ONLY does spas and spa pools, gave us a really good breakdown on how a spa pool would fit our needs/lifestyle at a fraction of the cost of a pool. We embarked on doing research. LOTS of research (we currently own a non heated pool, and the maintenance hasn't been a big deal, so we KNEW what we would get ourselves in to... but $150K pricetag?! um, uh...). Wound up at NES (and you've read my review/experience on that, and subsequently the manager boohooing thinking we were "indoctrinated" by them only to ditch them... nope, they were overpriced and only decided to make a deal when they realized they lost the sale... but I digress). SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Off we go to Ferrari, and got a really, really wonderful cost/benefit analysis on pools (did I mention they do pools?!) and our life style. Actually, they sell few spa's, because patios are #1 and pools #2. Mark and the ENTIRE crew are PHENOMENAL. Ordering, pricing, installation, post installation training and service. PHENOMENAL! They do not provide and estimate on the cost or time during the day. Not even morning or afternoon.
