The ambiance was amazing - so quiet, peaceful, and well maintained. The treatment was well curated, well paced, and so relaxing. Between the scalp massage, shampoo, arm/neck/shoulder massage, blow dry, and facial treatment, I got my moneys worth and then some. All of the staff were kind and helpful and the woman who did my treatment, Myle, was incredible. This was such a wonderful experience and I will absolutely be back. 100000/10 recommend.

I found the hair drying part burns my scalp a bit. I've also tried a body massage and probably won't go back. Appointments can be booked online on their website but we decided to call in to check if they're accepting walk-ins since we didn't see any earlier times. We got the okay to go right away & headed over there. Both of us opted for the 60 minute back massage for $88/each. Once you check in, they bring you over to pick out a scented essential oil to use for your massage (6 different scent options). After you choose your scent, you'll be given a robe to change into! I chose the Jasmine essential oil & my friend chose the vanilla scent. The massage was super relaxing & I felt rejuvenated afterwards. We were both surprised during our massage, when they massaged our scalps since we didn't think it was part of our massage haha but it was nice! Now, the massage was by no means a deep tissue massage but it was still lovely. The spa was clean & the ladies were super sweet. I would definitely come back again soon! Next time, I will maybe try their scalp + back massage. I also thought that their prices were very reasonable! Awful awful awful, do not go here! I never usually complain…read moreor leave bad reviews, especially for small businesses but I dont want others to experience this. The esthetician used st. ives apricot scrub on my skin. A $120 facial and you're using bottom of the barrel, discount, irritating products. There are so many blogs showing you should not use this. I was so mad when I got up and saw that being used. The lights were flicked on/off the whole time. Pop music played instead of spa music. The table was very small/narrow and uncomfortable. There was no facial massage of any kind, more so cleanse, then put under a series of machines. Just sitting there under it. Cheap paper face mask left on. Then comes to extractions: she over picked my face and now I have a scab that will scar. The facial itself was not relaxing or any attention to detail. Just face washed with st.ives, too many extractions, then a drying light therapy (even though I said my skin is sensitive and dry). Then at the end, the employee didn't know how to use the square machine so I had to venmo. I asked for a refund and was told I could come in for another appointment for free. I do not want to come in, I was uncomfortable and the products used were cheap and damaging. I was trying to be very civil and polite when asking for a refund but I am being dismissed so I warned I would write a negative public review. I have not had any other services here, only the Raina facial. I understand people make mistakes but the cheap products and lack of care has driven me here. Hope this helps.

I expected to be writing a review based on services but nope. Instead, the lack of service I…read morereceived was very disappointing. I made an initial appointment by phone for about a week out. The representative understood what I was interested in (facial) and booked me. When I arrived the next week (15 minutes early) the receptionist told me "You don't have an appointment." I was completely taken aback, as I had made the appointment with a live person, had a little conversation at the time, and even confirmed the building they're located in. The receptionist did ask if I wanted to book an appointment at a later date, but I didn't, as I didn't have a warm, fuzzy feeling about *this* mistake. As the receptionist was very clear by her manner that this was *my* mistake, not their's, I declined a future appointment. Since there was nothing I could do, I left. I did return a minute later to doublecheck if the time was scheduled on a future day, just to be sure I didn't hold up someone's schedule, but nope, no appointment for me. Which was especially weird when the receptionist said, "I see you in our system, but no appointments are scheduled." Really? And how would I randomly get into your system, if I didn't schedule an appointment? Somewhat disappointing, but I figure everything happens for a reason! Caveat emptor.
