I created an "account" and then she also did my eyebrows. I did not have an appointment, they were able to accommodate a walk in. I like that eyebrows are plucked here, instead of threaded or waxed - seemed like less of a risk to make a big mistake. It did not hurt at all and I was very comfortable throughout it all since its in a reclining chair. After about 10 minutes, the service was complete. I paid $28 at their front desk, and was on my way. It is on the expensive side, but I think for the quality of work, it is worth it. I also find that the hair grows back slower which can be good if you don't want to pay so frequently. The salon was very clean, very quiet which fostered a relaxing environment, and they offer a lot more services.

The representative understood what I was interested in (facial) and booked me. When I arrived the next week (15 minutes early) the receptionist told me "You don't have an appointment." I was completely taken aback, as I had made the appointment with a live person, had a little conversation at the time, and even confirmed the building they're located in. The receptionist did ask if I wanted to book an appointment at a later date, but I didn't, as I didn't have a warm, fuzzy feeling about *this* mistake. As the receptionist was very clear by her manner that this was *my* mistake, not their's, I declined a future appointment. Since there was nothing I could do, I left. I did return a minute later to doublecheck if the time was scheduled on a future day, just to be sure I didn't hold up someone's schedule, but nope, no appointment for me. Which was especially weird when the receptionist said, "I see you in our system, but no appointments are scheduled." Really? And how would I randomly get into your system, if I didn't schedule an appointment? Somewhat disappointing, but I figure everything happens for a reason! Caveat emptor.
