Unfortunately, I arrived a few minutes early and was told it would be about 10 minutes and to get comfortable in the room. Nearly 45 minutes later (apt was schedule for 7, i arrived at 6:55 and was seen at 7:45). She told me that she'd include a free facial treatment to make up for the delay. The hour long massage plus free facial treatment lasted a total of 40 minuets. Upon check out I was charged $160. When I mentioned the banner that was still hanging outside, I was told " oh that's not happening anymore but I can honor it, your total is $80". Remind you that on their website they list their 60 minute message for $80 and my massage was nearly 35 minutes long not including the facial treatment. As nice as they were and as relaxing as the spa has potential to be, I I will not be coming back.
