I would highly recommend this salon to everybody, with zero complaints and high praise! I've had about 3 acrylic fills at dragon with 3 dif technicians. Even techs I haven't seen personally for services remembers my face and can even tell me which tech I was sitting with 2 weeks prior! (My last fill was done by, Mr. Tommy) After a long pain-in-the-butt search for "MY NEW SALON" and hearing dragon was "THE BEST AROUND" but at the same time is "very expensive" I wanted to give them a shot .... I found out they are NOT ECPENCIVE at all! To me prices are right where they should be! I actually am a licensed nail tech myself, which ... Yes ... Makes me a bit picky and obsessive about my nails. No matter how awesome everyone else thinks they look I always find a bunch of problems by end of day! I do not have one bad thing to say about dragon nails since day 1 service 1! This salon is amazing! Every tech I've had at dragon has been super professional, just the right amount of social, & their customer service skills are amazing! When I walk into dragon i immediately feel Good vibes, happy clients, & happy employees. One of my favorite parts of being a dragon client is that they support each other like a family! They encourage clients to see a different tech each visit. Allowing each client to make his\her own decision on which tech you would prefer to book with! this way you get to see each technicians style & skillset & then choose for yourself! When you walk in your greeted by a sparkling white reception area with a outgoing happy fantastic receptionist. As well as an iPad to sign in on which also allows you to select which technician you would like to see! being a nail tech myself, schooling taught me how nasty some salons can be. NOT DRAGON though, this salon is so clean it sparkles I love the way they sanitize their tools! The jets in dragons pedi tubs turn off. This makes me so happy, because jets are physically impossible to clean an extremely unsterile! With that being said I also love the fact that a plastic liner is used with each & every pedicure service They DO charge additional fees for add-on services like cuticles and such, however the skill-set from the 3 techs I've seen is top-notch, & definitely more than worth the extra charge! The salon is up-to-date it looks brand new and most importantly is sterile and every technician I've seen is beyond amazing! I have been at Dragon Nails every couple of weeks since shortly after they opened. I routinely get Dippin Powder manicures and spa pedicures. The products are the same familiar brands we know. Dippin Powder In every color imaginable Easy to make appointments. I prefer to make appointments so I don't have to wait. It's poor customer service when you're at the salon, it gets busy and there is no regard or respect for your appointment. I have not had that experience here. I have not experienced long wait times. I've had several different Nail Technicians and the first word that comes to mind is consistency. They all provide consistent services delivered in a professional way As it was today I'll point to Kim. She did a fantastic job massaging my feet, legs and arms as part of my expertly done manicure and spa pedicure. I'm disabled and the open areas are easily accessible. I was enjoying my spa pedicure, when out of the blue another nail technician brought a pillow to me. She thought I might be more comfortable with the pillow. I was. Random act of kindness. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. Management is always visible, checking the quality and consistency of the services provided, and greeting and talking to customers. This place is amazing! Lily is my go to girl for nails and she killed it per usual. After having a bad experience they made it right. All it took was a conversation and an apology. Something I would never receive at any other nail salon. This salon is clean and the people there are very nice. I left to go else where and no where could even handle doing a pedicure. Today I visit Dragon Nails for Manicure, pedicure and eyelash extension. Vivian took great care of me as always. Nice salon. Looks like less than what it is from the outside but there are many seats and employees. Very clean and professional. I had the older gentleman do an acrylic refill and design and he was very meticulous about the lining (There were swirls on the nails, he did them EXACTLY as the picture shown!) Very detail oriented. I recently went in with a couple nails that broke down far on the nail bed. I saw Tracy. She did a far better job than I expected. She was quick and make nails looked brand new. Beautiful salon, immaculate and tastefully decorated. I had a gel manicure and a classic pedicure as well as a brow wax. Lucy was great, gentle when needed but thorough. My daughter wanted dipped-nails and Mr. Tom was patient and did a great job. My other daughter had a regular manicure and pedicure and loved the paraffin wax. All around great day. read more
