She used to be at quincy center, at the back of the skincare studio, but have moved to Braintree on the 2nd floor in the 1604 Salon & Spa. Just take the stairs right when you walk in to the left. Very comfortable room where they do the waxing- very clean. You can actually pay in card and tip as well which is very very convenient for me! Unfortunately, Braintree was a bit hard to for me to get to, but if you have a car or live in Braintree it's quite easy to get around. There's always some sort of parking behind the house.

The representative understood what I was interested in (facial) and booked me. When I arrived the next week (15 minutes early) the receptionist told me "You don't have an appointment." The receptionist did ask if I wanted to book an appointment at a later date, but I didn't, as I didn't have a warm, fuzzy feeling about *this* mistake. As the receptionist was very clear by her manner that this was *my* mistake, not their's, I declined a future appointment. Since there was nothing I could do, I left. I did return a minute later to doublecheck if the time was scheduled on a future day, just to be sure I didn't hold up someone's schedule, but nope, no appointment for me. Which was especially weird when the receptionist said, "I see you in our system, but no appointments are scheduled." Really? And how would I randomly get into your system, if I didn't schedule an appointment? Somewhat disappointing, but I figure everything happens for a reason! Caveat emptor.
