As soon as I entered I felt relaxed and calm. Everything about Lauren's business has a cool vibe. I loved my only prior massage experience I had while on vacation a few months ago, but the experience with Lauren topped it by a large margin. It was so relaxing and de-stressing that I nodded off a couple times. As soon as it was over I made another appointment. I can't wait to go back. I would recommend Lauren to anyone that ever wanted to get a massage, but was apprehensive. You won't believe what you were missing.

(I had someone years ago and she moved away.). I am so thankful I finally found someone - Mara - who really looks/feels/understands how to see/feel what my body needs. Specifically, and at my request, Mara worked mostly on my calves (I have had chronic calf pain for years) and glutes (recent problems) and two days later, I truly feel like this is the first step toward true recovery. I cannot wait to go back to continue this work with her. (Also, it's really hard to find someone who can give a lot of pressure - and Mara can - in a slow, steady movement. It was truly amazing .) Lastly, she is the loveliest person and made me feel completely comfortable discussing some of my random (and personal) health issues! Thank you, Mara! I will be seeing you soon and so will my partner - I came home raving!

They listen and respond accordingly. Soft, medium or deep massage they all have a good style and do a great job. I personally like a deep tissue but not one that is overly painful. I am learning that if possible try and go twice a month. After all our bodies need it to stay flexible and our mind and spirit needs it to stay feeling emotionally health. Yes it's a treat but we all deserve it in todays world. Another thing I have realized is these ladies may be smaller but they don't lack strength. If you what deep they are very capable. No worries though because they'll ask if everything is comfortable. I've already grown to depend on my visits just feel better and lose the pressures from work. I can see it's not an easy job but they are always spot on with their therapy and a sweet caring smile. They prefer bookings but they'll also try and accomodate walk-in's. I think the most difficult area are the booking but No Shows. I'd suggest we all give them the respect and consideration and think of other customers too. Dealing with the public nowdays can be a problem but as far as I can tell the atmosphere is always professional the facility clean, and the thereapists friendly. I say thank you for your caring and sweet nature to Shirley, Lucy and Apple. I'll see you soon. T.P.

Her experience is obvious from the start... Great that she works on Cirque when they are in town. They obviously require a certain level of expertise. Quick explanation of the areas that might need some attention and she got to work. I asked for a deep tissue massage which is my preference. She was able to work out all of the trouble spots and I left feeling all sorted out. Great location on Boylston right across from Copley Park. Close to the Orange Station where there's a Jugos if you want to hydrate or grab a quick snack after the session which I did. Had a great conversation with her during the session - I know some might not like to converse while getting work done but I enjoy it. Will definitely try to get another session in when I am in town would be a regular if I lived here.
