As soon as I entered I felt relaxed and calm. Everything about Lauren's business has a cool vibe. I loved my only prior massage experience I had while on vacation a few months ago, but the experience with Lauren topped it by a large margin. It was so relaxing and de-stressing that I nodded off a couple times. As soon as it was over I made another appointment. I can't wait to go back. Holistic Healing Center had a groupon and I called in and the woman offered me one hour for $45 if I haven't bought a groupon yet. I was able to get in within 20 minutes of calling. Samantha had the deep pressure I was looking for, which is good, but what I thought stood out from her was that I asked her to work on this specific area of my back that was tight and she went at it for what felt like half an hour. Most places will focus for a few minutes but move on. That was great! Also, I was surprised but Samantha also did some thai massage work (standing on my back) which I love and wasn't expecting. Afterwards, I met Linda, who I think is either the manager or owner and she told me they have $125 for 3 massages which is obviously a great deal. I also read Linda was really good on yelp, so I told her next time I'll try her. Linda also had the best customer service presentation, and she was probably the one that made me want to return with her smiling personality.

I've been to Cheryl 3 times for therapeutic massage and have recommended her to everyone I know. I was in a bad car accident years ago and went to a chiropractor once a week for a year and a half. If I missed one appointment, I was back to square one. Cheryl really performed a miracle with the pain in my neck and back from a messed up disk, scar tissue and muscle strains. I also went to her after my pregnancy just to take some of the strain off of my lower back and shoulders - again I felt great. She really gives enough pressure to work your muscles but not so much that it causes pain. I feel an immediate increase in ease of movement the minute I leave her office.
