I have gone here 4 times and found each of the ladies here to be attentive to my aches and pains…read more They have all shown an interest in what is going to be the best massage for the healthiest out come. They listen and respond accordingly. Soft, medium or deep massage they all have a good style and do a great job. I personally like a deep tissue but not one that is overly painful. I am learning that if possible try and go twice a month. After all our bodies need it to stay flexible and our mind and spirit needs it to stay feeling emotionally health. Yes it's a treat but we all deserve it in todays world. Another thing I have realized is these ladies may be smaller but they don't lack strength. If you what deep they are very capable. No worries though because they'll ask if everything is comfortable. I've already grown to depend on my visits just feel better and lose the pressures from work. I can see it's not an easy job but they are always spot on with their therapy and a sweet caring smile. They prefer bookings but they'll also try and accomodate walk-in's. I think the most difficult area are the booking but No Shows. I'd suggest we all give them the respect and consideration and think of other customers too. Dealing with the public nowdays can be a problem but as far as I can tell the atmosphere is always professional the facility clean, and the thereapists friendly. I say thank you for your caring and sweet nature to Shirley, Lucy and Apple. I'll see you soon. T.P.

They require that you pay before the service 3. They do not honor Yelp coupons and add additional restrictions once there. I purchase a coupon and once I arrived they told me that I would only receive a 60-minute massage although it was not stated on the voucher. They also added that coupons should not be bought through Yelp, but directly with through them, which was not stated on the coupon either. I ended up leaving and not getting the massage. Awful customer service and very unscrupulous business. After my review, I received a reply stating that there was a "confusion" on price. However, when I was asked to pay even before the massage, which is quite strange, I was told that the price was $70, which is the value of the coupon that I purchased. They told me that if I hadn't purchased the coupon, it would have been $70, but with the coupon it would be $90 and they couldn't honor it. S-H-A-D-Y!!!! Yelp, I recommend not doing business with this establishment. Very unscrupulous.
