I went in for a specific reason, and I explained it to Nico. Most therapists will still do a full body routine with a milder focus on the problem area but not Nico. I felt like she actually knew what she was doing to heal me versus going through the motions to get that overall "relaxed massage". Something this mom really appreciated. It was a no frills experience. Quiet music and no aroma therapy but it wasn't needed. Prices were very reasonable ($69 cash for 1hour) , the room was clean, safe feeling. Temp check upon arrival and everyone wore a mask. Free public parking made it super easy and convenient to get to. They just got a new regular customer.

With Lisa, I rarely have to say anything -- she just knows where to go and doesn't rush or miss an inch. I'm pretty sure she has X-ray vision or something. :) And the reason I'm able to see Lisa on a monthly basis is because her rates are SO affordable ($60/hour). Like, ridiculously below market. The MT didn't seem to break away from her routine and focus on my trouble spot. It was very frustrating and NO...I'm not going to tell the MT what to do. I told them I had plans later, so they cut our appointment time short. Not the client who was late. I waited 20 minutes in the front and 25 laying on the table. Avoid this place, very poor customer service. ETA - My daughter stayed and had a 45 minute service (instead of the 75 minute one we booked). She left with wet tangled hair. And because it ran so late we sat in traffic. They did give us $12 off the price on the way out.
