This is probably, scratch that, This IS by far the worst place I have been to. The customer service is just horrific, they do not care about the customers. My family and I literally waited 30 minutes for our food and were never helped by a server, we had to order our food through an app. The servers never brought out our drinks, and after waiting for about 1 hour, our food was actually brought out. As for the games, nobody is trying to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to be able to play bowling, or partake in any other activities. Sincerely, I have never had such a terrible experience. read more

Worst experience ever! First of all, we were at the bar for 30 minutes without anybody acknowledging us. The bartenders were focused mostly on one group of people that kept ordering shots. When I tried getting their attention, they completely ignored us until one of them rudely said that iff we didn't sit down we wouldn't be attended. Never happened, so we left to play arcade games. We then went to the cafe in front of the games to buy a drink because my husband was feeling sick, and the lady behind the counter completely ignored us. It wasn't until I made a face that she realized we were annoyed that she attended us. I get it that people are tired but there was two hours left till closing time. Never again will we go back. We chose to go to main event over dave and busters because we thought we'd have a better time, but it'll be dave and busters from now on. read more

This place is horrible! Not only did they not have our booked lanes ready, their service was horrible. Lanes 1-28 were booked, yet we had to wait for our lanes to be cleared before we could bowl. Our waitress disappeared and our food order was non existent, yet we received a ticket!? Then I was asked to wait outside a restroom while a father took his daughter in the ladies room. A family restroom is needed at the facility. I'm not waiting when he can easily take her into a stalled men's restroom, as I take my son into the stalled ladies restroom. I know it's possible as my father took his two daughters to the men's restroom when out with us. I have been beyond disappointed with this facility and it's management team. Will wait at least a year before I return. Hopefully, new management will have taken over. read more

Spent a lot of money on an event when the bowling alley was closed due to flooding. I was disappointed when the $10 credit per attendee for arcade games disappeared. That left us with few alternatives for activities (laser tag, pool and glow golf). Food as ok and the service good but that ruined it for me. Spent approx $50 per person. Will not return. And three stars is better than their average. That's pitiful. read more

I visited with my daughter's girl scout troop for their annual back to school hang out. We had a group of 15 girls and 6 adults. Our plan was to go to Kemah Boardwalk but due to the rain we decided on ME. We were trying to do something that all the girls could enjoy and play, the $18.95 package was priced well but we would have no use for the billiards, being that the ages of the girls were 4-10. So we asked if we could swap out the billiards in exchange for bowling shoes(the package included bowling, shoes were an additional $4 per girl) the clerk said no so we asked for the manager. Once he arrived ( like he didn't really want to) we explained our situation with the girls and asked if he would allow us to exchange the billiards for bowling shoes. No sooner than we completed our question his answer was NO. He put absolutely no thought into his answer just flat out NO and walked away from the counter. I've never been to a place like ME that wasn't willing to work with a large group regardless of reservations or not. I'm disappointed in the service or lack of we partially received. I've only been here twice and I can say we will probably never be back. My family and I went last Monday with our young cousins that were in from out of town and overall our experience was not great. The first thing we did was bowl, and we had our game "accidentally" shut off THREE times. All they could say at the front was "oh sorry". While we were bowling we ordered one appetizer and drinks and had to hunt down a server to help us since no one came over. My fiancé then stood at the bar area for 15 minutes to get a refill and watched all the young kids that work there talk in the corner and not one looked up to help him. We then stood in front of the mini golf area for a good 10 minutes waiting for someone to help us, until we decided to just help ourselves. We left shortly after that.. and will not return. The high school kids that work here clearly don't want to be bothered and that shows in the service you will receive. read more

Do not go here! We visited the one in Webster, TX. This place has terrible customer service. We got there at 11:00 on Sunday so that we could get a good bowling lane since we had 3 children. I called the day before and told them that we were celebrating a birthday and they said it would be best to just walk in rather than book a party. We bowled a couple of games and they then asked us to move from the end of the lanes, which we had requested, to the middle of the lanes. I guess since we did not spend extra dollars to book a party, we were treated like second class citizens. Also, we ordered food and when after some time we did not receive it, I went to get the food myself as the waiter was standing at the bar talking instead of doing his job serving food. August 14, 2017 my husband and I went to your main event location in Webster, tx after 10 pm. We came as visitors from Dallas to find a place to eat and bowl. We waited for a waitress for at least 15 minutes before I confronted the young lady that avoid us and ask for the manager. The young lady pretended to call for a manager on duty. I figured it should not take no more than 5 minutes see a manager, I waited. I decided to walk over to the bowling shoes station and ask another person to find a manger on duty. When your manger finally comes out, my husband and I complained. We waited for this young lady to see us but refused to serve us. We were not sure if we were sitting in the wrong place or she did not feel like serving African Americans. My husband let the manager know he was a supervisor and understood how employees should conduct themselves. I will let my co-workers, family and friends not to spend any money in the Webster, Texas location. Your entire wait staff either stood there doing nothing or came out of the back with stacks of glasses in there at there hand. Those waiters were more concern about stocking up on glasses rather than serving customers with money to spend. I will remember this experience and I will not spend money in Webster, TX the next time I visit Galveston and Houston. read more

Arcade, karaoke and laser tag looked fun. Not so great for bowling. Balls only come in even poundage, and the floors are too sticky to get any slide on. Drinks are expensive. House wine 8.50? Service was good, attendants friendly - just clean and wax your dang floors. A bowler can get hurt when they don't slide. So I brought my niece and nephews to play some games and enjoy some family time... Everything was going well until my game card stopped working. I brought it up to the front desk where I told the manager Eric that my card stopped working. He then told that he would be back in a min and took my card with him to the back office. I waited 30 min for him to return. When he returned he questioned me where I had got the card like I had stole it and asked me the amount in it. I told him what was on the card and that it would be nice to have it back. He told me to hold on it would only take a few more min and he left again..... 30 min later he returned and still had trouble giving me my gift card back. So I waited over an hour for my money and the rudeness of being accused of possibly stealing someone's gift card. What a joke. The customer service is def not up to par with a place the cost as much as it does. They need to train their managers to have a little respect for their guests. My only complaint is the outrageous prices. Jamison coke is 15 per drink. Arcade is on average 1.50 per play. Expect to spend a couple hundred dollars with a family of 4. Not worth it for what you get in my opinion. They need to rethink their prices or if you grab a groupon then it might worth it. read more

Yesterday we came here to try to have a good time and spend time with our kids and cousins. It was 4 adults and 5 kiddos ages 4,5,9,and12. for 1 hour to bowl $94.00, that was ok thats not what made it bad, but the manager on duty ROCKY was truly very unprofessional and his attitude was so disturbing we decided to demand our money back and go somewhere else. They have a game called stacker. I've been playing it for a while with every intention of winning one of the prizes displayed in six different chambers. I finally did it only to find out I didn't win a darn thing except points. The game never indicates that the prizes aren't available if you stack it to the major prize level. So I'm here right now waiting on my medium well steak that sent back because it was cooked medium rare instead. No big deal to me. But while we are the only ones at the bar area sitting here playing a game you would THINK service to the table wouldn't be so bad right? BUT it is we're waiting and waiting and waiting while the waitress serves drink after asking for some silver she said she was going to bring after she left our plates at the table to stare at. Keep in mind that there are other waiters and waitress standing around like at least four of them, then my wife goes and asks a waiter who's behind the registrar for some silverware, he says yes ma'am and continues his computer work then walks off to the bowling area like she has just talked to a wall! So another waiter asks and grabs the silverware from right behind the bar where the other one was standing!!! Like we just get blown off like that! WTF!!...then he continues to walk around the bowling area coming back and forth to the bar looking like he has no real work to do but look at the people here.. Hmm then the wait for the steak to come back from the kitchen! I'm still waiting !!!lets see how long it takes.....TBC.....well manager came and told me that the steak was covered and I didn't even mention the shitty service from the staff who were to busy standing around..got my steak back and it has shrunk about half the size and was dried out!
