This was one of the best arcade experiences that I have had! The prices were reasonable and we had so much fun playing on the machines!! The characters are all well selected; Sanrio, popular anime, pokemon etc. They even had sealed booster boxes of Japanese Pokémon cards Family loved it!! We won plenty of times. Will be coming back for sure !

I recently visited CrabMee near Baybrook mall and it was such a fun and unique experience! The claw machines really clean, well-lit, and thoughtfully organized. The colorful claw machines immediately catch your attention, each filled with authentic, high quality plushies and other adorable prizes. It's family owned and the owners are really friendly! It's clear they put a lot of effort into curating a honest and fun challenge! The staff was also super friendly and helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly and even offering tips to new players. Pricing is fair and as followed: $1 = 1 Claw Token (More Options in Images) $2 = 1 Gacha Token $18 = Kuji Tickets (Lottery Ticket to win Prize) Whether you're a crane machine pro or just looking for somewhere to destress after studying, this is the place to be!

I noticed this place after visiting gongcha next door and asked my husband if we could go in to check it out, mind you, I've never been to these type of things so I kindly asked a worker there how it all works once I got inside, she was pretty straightforward. Very much "you should get the point" attitude. I was like alright maybe she's having a bad day. After getting tokens I wasn't told there wasn't anything we couldn't win inside the machines or had to exchange if we won. My husband managed to win one of plushies resembled a strawberry which I had been wanting, the worker came to tell me I couldn't have it because it was placed there to help get a burger "plushie" out was the first reason and asked me to trade, I told her I would like to keep plushie we won (the one we won was the only one left in the machine" she said I couldn't because it was put there by "mistake". To be honest, after that I would save your money. Machines weren't that full with much of a selection to begin with.

The gacha machines in the back have authentic stuff that you would see at Bandai gacha locations for the same price which is really neat.

I couldn't get enough of that when I was a kid. One of our favorite places to post up is shooting hoops at the basketball hoop challenge. It's so much fun. I usually come here to play the games. I don't dine-in. It's not my cup of tea. I'm competitive when it comes to sports so these moments pretty much satisfies that urge. I don't know how many times I rode the motorcycles all I know is that I came in first. It's loud, fun, busy, and you could get lost having fun for hours so be prepared. It's like a true travel back-in-time for grown-ups.

Our party of 10 also included grandparents in their 80s. Carlos personally made sure we could hear (SUPER clearly, we were all so impressed!) and pulled a comfortable executive style chair out for Grandma. I had such a great time chatting with him while I held the table and felt like I had a rapport with him to brag about by the time the family arrived. Not to mention I got credit for arranging the perfect setup lol. I hope this review has even the slightest nudge on his track record as an employee, because customer service naturals like him are SO hard to come by these days. I didn't see you anywhere on out way out, so thank you again Carlos!

Upon entering we were greeted, paid ($25 for play, $5 arcade, slice of pizza, socks and a drink), stamped, and let in. The play space was jammed pack! Full of children and parents. All along the walls are large black chairs for parents to sit and watch their kids. I'm not gonna lie. This place is a lot and I wouldn't recommend this place to parents/ guardians younger than 4-5 y/o. It's hard for adults to see their kids unless they are in the "playground" with them. Which can be tight and awkward. All in all it's okay.

They also put a stamp on everyone in your party's hand to make sure no one is leaving with anyone not in their immediate party. It was fun when my youngest was under a year old because they have a whole baby section that is blocked off from the rest of the play areas. It's gated and they have an attendant there making sure it's only babies and not older kids. It's really nice because this way the babies don't get hurt by older kids. The rest of the play space is an absolute free-for-all. There are slides, a ball pit, climbing areas, padded things to play on, pretend play areas and even an arcade. My oldest is over coming here, it's not really for teenagers, and my preteen is almost done here too. My 6-year-old still loves coming here, though. It's not too pricey either which is great. It does get crazy busy on the weekends. I have found that the best time to come is first thing in the morning when they first open.
