I've been here multiple times but sadly the experience is not the same. Items are authentic and quality but impossible to win. Last time I went, just a month ago, I won three prizes, only needing to spend $20. The worker was very helpful, I noticed she'd rearrange the prizes after they were won or just to make the experience more enjoyable. Today I visited, I ended up spending $35 and left with nothing but a gachapon toy. None of the machines looked like they were getting rearranged. I spent majority of my money on one machine yet it would just slip out. With no rubber tips it is extremely difficult and I feel it was not set to the right weight at all. Yes the plush was bigger and heavier, but most claw machines changes the strength of the claw to match weight of plush. I don't mind a payout rate, it's how you make profit. But $20 on one machine is ridiculous! I tried multiple machines the prize would just slip out. Usually, I only would need three tries to get a prize, but this place definitely changed. Yes this is the place if you're looking for authentic, but I personally, probably won't be visiting again :/ read more

This place is super cute -- tons of claw machines, adorable stuffed animals, and really friendly staff. The vibe alone makes you want to stay and play. That said... the machines themselves are pretty bad. I'd consider myself a claw machine connoisseur -- I'm usually pretty good at these -- but here? Nope. Even when you manage to grab a toy, the claw drops it halfway across the machine before you can even reach the chute. It doesn't let go at the usual drop points; it just randomly opens mid-carry. Super frustrating. I'm giving it 2 stars only because of how cute the place is and how kind the staff were. One of the guys even felt bad for us and gave us a couple of stuffed animals. But on our second visit, we spent about $40 and only won one tiny plush. It's a fun idea and a very cute spot, but honestly, I wouldn't waste your money here until they fix those machines. read more

This was one of the best arcade experiences that I have had! The prices were reasonable and we had so much fun playing on the machines!! The characters are all well selected; Sanrio, popular anime, pokemon etc. They even had sealed booster boxes of Japanese Pokémon cards Family loved it!! We won plenty of times. It is very nice inside. The staff were pretty nice. It's pretty self explanatory. The coin machine is right inside the door. Beware though cause some of the machines are 2-3 coins. Make sure you check the screen to see how many coins. My kids made the mistake of putting one coin in several machines and getting upset when it didn't work. Definitely ask the staff if you aren't sure. You do t have to keep what you get you can trade them in for points and redeem for other prizes. If you put in your phone number then You can get points and save them each time to save up for a better prize. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place was a complete disappointment. Every claw machine here is rigged beyond belief -- not a single one has rubber grips on the claws, so they just slide right off anything you try to grab. It's basically impossible to win, no matter how well you aim or time it. On top of that, the prices are ridiculous. You're paying premium tokens for zero return. We spent way too much money just to walk away empty-handed and frustrated. It feels like they've designed everything to take your cash and give nothing back. Save your time and money. Go somewhere that actually gives players a fair shot. This was a total waste. read more

I noticed this place after visiting gongcha next door and asked my husband if we could go in to check it out, mind you, I've never been to these type of things so I kindly asked a worker there how it all works once I got inside, she was pretty straightforward. Very much "you should get the point" attitude. I was like alright maybe she's having a bad day. After getting tokens I wasn't told there wasn't anything we couldn't win inside the machines or had to exchange if we won. My husband managed to win one of plushies resembled a strawberry which I had been wanting, the worker came to tell me I couldn't have it because it was placed there to help get a burger "plushie" out was the first reason and asked me to trade, I told her I would like to keep plushie we won (the one we won was the only one left in the machine" she said I couldn't because it was put there by "mistake". To be honest, after that I would save your money. Machines weren't that full with much of a selection to begin with. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I spent the same amount of money here as I do at the claw machines in Chinatown off Bellaire and barely won anything. Only got 2 stuffed animals for the price of what I usually win way more with over there. Local spot, but I wouldn't recommend it. read more

So refreshing to see a claw machine place in the Friendswood area! They have unique stuff like labubus in the machines and some licensed plushies. The gacha machines in the back have authentic stuff that you would see at Bandai gacha locations for the same price which is really neat. :) read more

the workers are so nice and helpful. the claw machine coins are $1 each and they have a box at the front where they have trinkets they are willing to trade with customers. the workers are so open to helping with the claw machines and will fluff them if things seem to be packed in. Been a few times and every claw machine purposely gets "loose" and opens at the top which then drops the prize. Expensive, a waste, def set up to take your money lol.
