I recently took my niece here for a fun afternoon. It's really pricey if you only have 2 ppl and only want to bowl 1 round. The waitress never came to ask if we wanted food. Also the menus were stuck together by something sticky. We opted for the fun pass that includes 1hr bowling, unlimited laser tag, unlimited mini golf and billiards. Well a 6 yr old can't play billiards. The mini golf is unattended and kids were running crazy in there and climbing on the boat for pics. So 1 and done for us. The laser tag fills up quickly and is you okay one time that's really enough. The 2 biggest ket downs were the service and the cleanliness. The bathroom was very dirty and the soap barely came out. The floor is very sticky all over the place. The fast service place never acknowledged is standing at the counter for 10min. We went to the sit down restaurant and service was slow there. Went to this main event for one stop in a celebratory day. Overall, this was an experience that took me back to my arcade childhood days. I had a blast! From the laser tag (which we were far too enthusiastic in) to the more traditional arcade games like table hockey, the experience was fun and lighthearted. My favorite was the minigolf! The course was long and worthwhile, with each leg being fun and challenging, though welcoming for every level. The place was also huge with a variety of activities and a centrally located food court, which was very much appreciated after all the activity. Absolutely Disappointing - Not Worth the Money We visited Main Event in Webster with our family of five and spent over $300 between wristbands, food, and game cards--and the experience was absolutely awful. The food was just okay, nothing to justify the high prices, Bowling was fine, but nothing special. The mini golf area smelled terrible, and to top it off, there was literally a sign telling guests to grab their own equipment because the employees were "too tired." They were out of scorecards, which are just basic printer paper, and when my son tried to find one to keep score, a teen employee told us they "didn't have enough for everyone." No one was working the desk--again, "too tired." On top of that, multiple arcade games were broken or out of order, and the staff--almost all teenagers--were rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn't care. The whole place felt neglected and poorly managed. There are plenty of other entertainment options in Webster that are cleaner, friendlier, and better maintained. This place has seriously gone downhill. We will not be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I had an incredibly disturbing experience here yesterday. While I was using the restroom, a young white kid with glasses kept peeking over the stall multiple times. It was intrusive, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable. I even took photos because I couldn't believe it was happening and wanted to document it. Management needs to take security and privacy seriously--especially in the restrooms. If this is the kind of behavior that's allowed to go unchecked, I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else risk it either. read more

I really recommend going to Main Event for anyone who's new to the area or just want to look for someplace fun. When you walk in you're surrounded with pool tables, bowling alley, and arcade games, they also the have mini golf and laser tag so there's something to do for everyone. They also have a wide variety of foods, I got the flatbread pizza which was delicious but could be a bit crisper and the mozzarella planks were cheesy and delicious and our server was nice and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. Really recommend it here for people who want a bit of fun this summer or anytime during the year. read more

First off the prices $30 for an all day pass or $15 per person depending on how many are in you group . Second the food gets just sucks its cafeteria food but nicer looking don't pay for the food which you have to pay for separately. Same with the arcade games you have to pay for a card to play the games separately which isn't worth it cause the arcade is tiny also the amount of tickets you get ain't worth the price. The staff here are typically a lil too friendly which will creep you out . Plus there's also laser tag which you can't run in and Blacklight mini golf which is fun but you have to pay for them separately. Overall main event isn't definitely the main event of arcade games and more with the very expensive total of everything you pay for plus crappy service isn't worth it . read more

Here Celebrating Steve's birthday!!!! This location is in a "spicy" side of town. Yk there's always fighting in the Baybrook mall so I was apprehensive on coming to this location. I was pleasantly surprised. The prices were very reasonable. The food options were surprisingly good!! I wish I got the giant mega ice cream Sunday just to flex on some folks. The laser tag was a lot of fun ! I know you aren't allowed to run, but I really wanted to. The mini golf course was very cute!! The music was jumping in this place. "Not like us" was banging in there. We were getting down during mini golf. Bowling is bowling lol we are very competitive. I loved it. One stop shop when it comes to date night and fun filled activities! I come from the Bay Area California and what they say about Texas - everything is bigger when in Texas, it is true! They got everything when it comes to a fun arcade venue! Like having a mini golf in a venue, is a tough amenity to be with bowling, pool tables and laser tag! Add on the arcades area and this is superb! My fiancé and I opted for the Monday evening special where you can do all of the activities for about $25! We booked a birthday party at Main Event Webster back in May for our daughters birthday in August, reserved and deposit paid. They call us today saying it is no longer available because they are booked for a private company party. Our soon to be 11 year old daughter is crushed as we had already sent invites out during the school year because of her going to 6th grade next year. She is autistic and has a hard time making friends and now because of the greed of Main Event Webster our sweet girl is in tears, just know if you spend money here you support this horrible business in our community. I'm not sure why there are so many poor reviews here. Came here on a Friday around 11:30 and decided to do bowling with the kiddos! the smallest size bowling shoes for kiddos is a toddlers 8. No worries though the younger kids (the ones who cannot fit the smallest size) can stay in their shoes but the extremely friendly/ helpful (didn't catch her name) employee still gave me the smallest size just in case the youngest wanted to fit in (super considerate!). From there we were taken to our lane and everything was already set up (players on the board, bumpers, and Dino ramp for kids) . Overall I really enjoyed my time here and the staff here were attentive and friendly. We did stop in the arcade and here I did find that the games were more so for "older" children in terms of height of the games etc. but of course that didn't stop my kiddos from having a blast ! read more

Came here last month for the office Christmas party. We rented out two lanes. The company booked out some bbq for food and we were offer some tea as beverage. The food was banquet style and was decent but nothing to rave home about. There was some bbq chicken, pork ribs and sausages. The sides consisted of coleslaw, Mac and cheese and refried beans. The event was fun but was extremely busy when we were all there. Bowling with the staff was entertaining even though I'm a horrible bowler. Then we got to play some laser tag with each other which was fun especially when we look at the scoreboard to see who did the best. This place is an actual joke. They told us "30 minute wait"....We waited almost 2 hours for a lane, then our food didn't show up until we had 1 minute left of our bowling time. They had the nerve to tell us that they had a wait and we needed to move WHILE our children were still eating the pizza they just brought and the waitress was still checking us out. The managers were extremely rude, and had zero costumer skills. We went at 5pm on a Saturday. Seriously, if you have a family owned bowling alley, GO TO THEM. They need the costumers. To Start off, we got sat in a corner and our waitress didn't come to our table till she passed us up MULTIPLE times. Ordered a tito's strawberry lemonade and it was brought to me as a regular without tito's. Ordered our food both got separate dishes. Mine was brought out COLD to the touch, and was expected to still eat it without a word said. Once we attempted to flag our waitress down multiple times, we decided to physically get up and bring the plate up to her and explain what the issue was. My plate was then remade and compt, due to it coming out cold (assuming it was sitting there cause no one was paying attention to the food for god knows how long) Then we asked for an ETA on our SMALL pizza, that was never brought out and our waitress didnt have any explanation to anything as to why everything was taking well over an hour to get resolved. We decided to remove the pizza as well and only paid for what we got/didn't have issues with. Waited ANOTHER 30 min to get our receipt, kept asking for a manager "tori or victoria whatever her name was. Manager glanced at us and didn't even speak to us or offer to help the waitress attempting to fix the ticket for the 3rd time. I understand there may have been a miscommunication or something with the runners but this is wayyyy past unacceptable. Hire more runners or have a better manager who can actually manage.
