I recently had a work function at Top Golf for some team bonding and fellowship. We had a great time, and I would recommend it for any large party, happy hour, etc I wasn't responsible for the bill so I can't speak to the exact costs, but I know you pay by the bay, and you can book 60min, 90min, or 120min and each bays can have 4 players. We also had a catered meal/spread prepared by the Topgolf kitchen. It was actually incredibly delicious. We had biscuit, chicken breaks, green beans, Mac & cheese, salad, and much much more. One thing we did find slightly interesting and odd is that there was a "1hr rule" that the food would be taken away after an hour. We were there for a couple hours, and maybe it has something to do with the safety of the food and being left out (danger zone temperatures). They gave us plenty of warning before packing it back up We also took advantage of their bar which offers beer, wine, cocktails, etc. we did have to wait a lot to e for some of our drinks and there are different pint/glass sizes and at one point we had to wait until more were available at the bar. This location, like most Topgolfs is 3 stories, with dozens of all-weather bays. There are different tracer games to choose from so you can compete with your party members. Each bay has an assortment of golf clubs, but you can always bring your own. Everything felt immaculate and state of the art Some tips: On Fridays and Saturdays they're actually open late (until 1am) They offer golf lessons if you want to have a professional show you the ropes They also have EV charging Cheers!! read more

I've been to this Topgolf location before and had a good experience, even during peak hours when it was much busier. Unfortunately this trip here was mediocre at best. We came around 9:00 a.m. to beat the heat. We had a large group, but the restaurant wasn't busy and there were only two bays on our floor Our waitress accidentally skipped me and my friend when taking drink orders. When she came back with mimosas for the rest of the group, we asked for Red Bulls instead, but those were forgotten. We ended up reminding her about 30 minutes later after our food had already been ordered. I ordered the breakfast scramble, and when it arrived it was missing the salsa that was supposed to come with it, and I wasn't given any silverware. We couldn't find our waitress for about 20 minutes to ask for the missing items, which was frustrating considering how quiet it was. Overall, the staff wasn't rude, but the service was noticeably inattentive. I'll still come back because I like top golf, but this visit was definitely underwhelming. read more

Top Golf was amazingI notice they have beautiful rooms you can rent out and the Bays are always nice. If you want to have a night out with friends or family this is a great outing. Top Golf has a indoor bar and tables as well. The Service always is amazing and they are very cheerful and helpful too! I have tried the cheese curds, the warm apple cider which was seasonal and I recently had the Frie Tower and sliders. The sliders where not so good but that tower and the tots where pretty tasty. Prices are reasonable for sharables and they have a variety of drinks. Once you try top Golf you will want to return, it's the view and ambience for me! read more

This place is always a good time. Food is generally good (did not eat this time) just drinks this time. We arrived and were given a wait time of 30 minutes. Not a big deal. However, 9 minutes in I received a text stating our lane was almost ready. An hour later we finally got our section. Apparently I have a different concept of what "almost ready" means. At this location it means an hour. Once we got our section everything else was great. Friendly service and great atmosphere. Just a little off putting waiting so long. read more

Top Golf is great for casual hangouts, date nights, and even corporate outings. Upon arrival, you'll check in and ensure all members of your party (6 per bay) are registered and have a play card. Depending on which day you go, pricing is by hour and will vary. If you can, opt for morning times for cost efficiency. If you arrive before your "tee time", you'll have to wait a bit. FOOD: Food is your basic American fare, but the one thing that is a MUST (for dessert fans), is the Donut Hole-in-Ones INJECTED with chocolate. For private events, food is served buffet-style behind your bay. SERVICE: Our party had an early start at the bar, but service was so slow, our drinks were ready by the time our bay was. HOW TO PLAY: Top Golf relies on technology, and that includes the sensors in the golf balls. Once you arrive at your bay, you can choose to play however you would like. The classic game would be having players aim to hit the balls in targeted areas for higher points. FEEDBACK: For first timers, I wish they made the experience more special. Why not have a "golf pro" instruct on how to select a proper club or how to hit a ball? Why not pretend the servers that take your order are golf caddies to assist in your needs? read more

Today we went at noon to celebrate my sisters bday. It was a hot day and I had my 2 month old baby with me so I was going in and out of the building to make sure my baby stayed cool. The staff were so nice and helpful. They told me where the family restrooms were located and even said I could go into one of the party room since it was quiet and a little darker so baby could nap comfortably. Sometimes going out with littles is very hard but Top Golf staff made sure baby and I were comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you! read more

I used to enjoy the nachos at Topgolf, but the new version is a huge disappointment. The chips were stale, the cheese tasted bland, and the toppings were minimal compared to before. The old nachos were much better and had a lot more flavor. Changing the recipe was a mistake. I hope Topgolf brings back the original nachos because the new ones are honestly not worth ordering. read more

I had a disappointing experience at Topgolf in Clear Lake, Texas due to the behavior of one of the servers. When my ID was checked, the server noticed that it was from California and proceeded to make several comments about it. The remarks came across as unprofessional and unnecessary, especially in a customer service setting. Checking ID is completely understandable, but making comments about where a guest is from felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. A hospitality environment should be welcoming to everyone, regardless of where they live. Overall the venue itself was nice, but this interaction left a negative impression. I hope management reminds staff to keep interactions respectful and professional so guests can simply enjoy their time there. read more

The WORST Experience ever. We got seated in a dirty booth We came 6/7/26 and sat in booth 225 ! Got there around 7pm did NOT GET SERVICE UNTIL 8PM ! The first waitress continuously ignored us after she dropped all of our drinks on us. I'm unsure if it's because we were the only African Americans around So we never got to order I then. Asked another waitress to speak with a manager and she ignored me I finally found the manager and let her know what happened the managers name is Cara or Sarah the manager got us a NEW WAITRESS AND SHE DROPPED THE SECOND TRAY OF DRINKS ON US. THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT BUT OFFER US A TOWEL , horrible customer service. Worst experience and spilt the drinks all oN my clothes and belongings!!! read more

Top Golf has become the unofficial go-to for me on business trips with fellow co-workers. We went to this one on a Thursday night after attending a business meeting near Houston Hobby airport. It's located about 20 minutes south of the airport and 30 minutes north of Galveston. The concept is combining a driving range with a bar scene. Instead of wooden signs displaying yardage distances you have light up colored targets around the pin flags. The balls are chipped with Top Tracer technology so an automated scorer can record where the ball traveled to and apply a score. Simply put, your playing darts with golf balls. Each "bay" is rented by the hour, not person. They are equipped with a set of clubs both men's and women's sizes. Left handed clubs are available on request. There is a seating area with a table, a television to watch live sports and a very friendly attendant to handle your food and drink needs. As for the food and drinks they are all good. The menu consists of bar favorites. I prefer the nachos. The bar is full scale so drink favorites are most likely available. It is outdoors so subject to the weather. We went in late September at night. Plenty muggy but a fan blowing did cool things down somewhat. I would normally rank as 5 stars but it's hard to say that this site mixed in with warehouse buildings matches their facility which has views of the Vegas Strip. Also this facility does not offer the replay of the ball's flight. It only shows the results thus some facilities offer a slightly better experience however minor it may be. Stop, if the chance arises it's a great time. read more

Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful! We did two hours of play at one bay. It was perfect for 5 of us. You pay by the hour, per bay. Prices vary by time of day and day of week. Weekends are increased prices, while Tuesday's are half off. I'd recommend aiming for a bay on the second or third floor. The first is just fine, but it's a better view and pre fun experience on the upper decks. The drinks were okay, we ordered some mojitos (original and coconut). We also ordered the buffalo chicken dip and it was really tasty! You get a good portion and it's got a nice little Smokey taste to it too. read more

I come like every week and I always have a good time. The only down side is that I just started golfing.

I love Top golf! This is my first time visiting this one, but everything was clean and it wasn't too crowded! Customer service was excellent. Our servers name was Anthony so whenever you come to this location ask for him, he was excellent. We ordered some appetizers: The pretzel bites were delicious, and the cheese that came along with them was so cheesy 10 out of 10 We also ordered some salsa and queso queso was really good, but the chips were kind of cold 7 out of 10 Entrees: We ordered some cheese fries which came with green onions on top. Those were delicious and a side of ranch. 10 out of 10 I wanted to try the cob salad it was so good. It came with grilled chicken and bacon with extra veggies and balsamic vinaigrette on the side so delicious 10 out of 10! I definitely recommend trying out this top golf when we came in there was no wait and it was around 4pm! I had a great time 10 out of 10 read more

If you're allowed to request a server or a section do the third-floor with Jordan. It was our first time and she made the whole experience amazing. She made sure everybody had cold drinks and lots of food. We live in Southern California, California and only have one topgolf here and it seems poorly run if I'm honest honest. We've never been because of all the bad reviews so we're thrilled to see Lake City had one and it was easy to get a t time. Really cool energy there. Everyone is having a great time, including us. When did up renting to areas which was a great idea. The girls could practice and the guys who took it a little more seriously kept score and could be competitive without being obnoxious. Special things to Jordan, though she really made sure everyone is comfortable and having fun. read more

Worth every swing! I made a visit here as a little getaway and relaxation for about one hour and a half away from work. The staff was great and super friendly, definitely creating the environment for another visit. Ordering of food was easy and fairly fast, and about the time you think it should be arriving it does. I appreciate the Vegan flex of providing a black bean burger. Thanks for a great time and excellent service. Until the next one, Bye - Bye! read more

Very disappointing experience. Our server Shaquita H was rude from the start, gave us dirty water cups, and made my drink incorrectly but insisted it was fine until a manager fixed it. She ignored our table of nine while being noticeably attentive to other bays. As a Hispanic group, we felt treated differently. To top it off, she loudly questioned whether we had paid while we were paying through the app. Completely unprofessional. read more

My husband and I loved our experiences at the Katy location, we decided to try the Webster one. There was a promotion going on for $15pp unlimited play from 10a-12p on weekdays so we arrived at 10am on a Friday. It was a great time for numerous reasons: not super hot, not super crowded and discounted price! The facility is beautiful like all the other TopGolf facilities. We were on the main level... which is the middle level. We loved the lounge couches instead of the high top tables like in Katy. So much more comfortable! My husband and I had a GREAT time! The 2 hours flew by we had so much fun. We were disappointed that the ball tracker technology (like we were used to at the Katy location) was either off or they don't have it here. I always liked to know exactly how far we drove the balls, in addition to me not being able to visually see where the balls go. It's like, "There it is, there it is, aaaaaaaand I lost it." Bummer. Our attendant, Brian, was great! Good personality, helpful and attentive. We liked that 2 managers checked on us as well as our server. Makes you feel appreciated as a guest. We ordered the guac and chips and the tenders to munch on. The food came out quickly but was a bit disappointing. To be honest, I thought the tots with the chicken tenders were a bit too salty (and I like salt) and the chips were lacking salt. The tenders were a little off in texture , almost an undercooked texture, making me a bit nervous but we didn't send them back (crossing fingers we'll be ok). The salsa was flavorless and just "meh" but the guac was AMAZING. All in all, despite the few negatives we LOVED our visit and will return. LOVE TopGolf! read more

Food was as expected and service was fine. Whatever "upgrade" they did recently seems to have broken the games, maybe it was just our bay 202. It was only counting about 1/3 of the balls that were hit. They really need to fix their games. It was especially bad for when the kids were hitting. Father's Day fun turned into Father's Day frustration for them. Need some calibration read more

If you been to any Top Golf, they are pretty much identical. The only down side with this establishment for me was they didn't offer the other games like Angry Birds that many of the other Top Golf establishments I have been to offer. I had asked our waitress why they didn't offer the games and she kindly explained that their computer systems haven't been updated yet. Hopefully in the future they will update this place. I do like that I could control our bay TV from the Top Golf app via the phone. It really seems like Top Golf is trying to have everything done through their app. It definitely provides a nice convenience to setup a reservation without having to do it in person. The service was great! Our waitress ensured our drinks stayed full the entire time. We didn't order any food while we played here because we just finished eating dinner. Other than that my family and I had a great time here for sure. read more

The golf is fun and staff are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes you need to go find someone to help you. The computer/app does have some issues and gets frozen/cannot process at sign in. The food has been average. The first time we went in the morning they were out of most food on a he menu. The second time we were charged for coffee refills (but the soda refills were free). The third time everything was as expected. Prices are very high. Pay to golf ($depends on time of day but online you have to do 2 hours), pay for food and drinks, etc. read more

We opted to have my daughter's birthday party @ Top Golf. It was very easy to reserve and pay for the party. We had a kids party for 12 and under. It included all you can drink soda, tea, lemonade and water. The meals were very generous in portion size as they included chicken tenders and a cheese burger slider with tots and grapes. For the adults in the party which was extra I ordered nachos, cheese fries, buffalo chicken dip and macaroni bites. I also ordered a pitcher of bud lite. The golf part of the activity was great. All the Kids had so much fun! My only issue with party was that the 3 nacho orders were burnt and overcooked and lukewarm. Expediters in the kitchen need to be able to recognize this and not send it out to a paying guest to consume. Other than this everything else was good. read more

Top golf is a fun and entertaining place to hangout whit friends. The service is good, and the staff is understandable. The place is fun even if you don't know how to golf. The only inconvenience is if it's your first time going you have to pay a fee, which I don't understand why. Topgolf is always a good way to spend an afternoon! Even if you aren't a golf fan (like me), you will enjoy this outing because it is such a unique experience. The service is top-notch, the food and drinks are good and fairly priced, and the whole game-play system works really well. Each "bay" has a variety of club types and sizes for you to choose from along with seating/tables to hang out in when you aren't playing. The hourly rate varies depending on the time of day you go, but it isn't very much when you compare to other group activities you could be doing (movies, restaurants, etc). Can you beleive they actually charge you to make a reservation! I can understand completely if they charged a deposit and it is forfieted if you don't show. But I was attempting to do the responsable thing by making a reservation, untill I discovered I was charged a seperate reservation fee on the credit card. Top Golf is a great place to visit for friends and family if you want have a great time playing golf and eat their food that I recommend. To me the place offers a fun time for people that have experience with golf or new to the sport either way the place is friendly towards newcomers to sports and has multiple golf modes to have a good time on. Their food is delicious offering food and drinks to kids and up, while having a selection of drinks for adults to enjoy, plus the staff is great with food being on time and being friendly to customers. The only thing I'm neutral on is the golf modes are all the same and not much in variety, plus the prices are a little too much just to book for four people. Other than those gripes I do highly recommend the restaurant service at Top Golf it's an experience that you, your family , and your friends want to come back too. read more

Topgolf is a different experience than the norm. I've been three times over the years. And you don't have to be a golfer to enjoy it. I certainly am not. After parking in their spacious lot, we had to wait about 20 minutes before our pod was ready (even though we made a reservation). Topgolf is a popular spot and this was a Saturday evening so it's a peak time. I do recommend making a reservation at peak hours to avoid long wait times. The downside is that there's a fee for reservations which doesn't make any sense at all. Imagine if you were making a reservation at a restaurant and they charged you a fee. While you're waiting for your pod, or after, you can grab drinks and food at one of the bars at the facility. If you order food and it's not ready by the time you go to your pod, they will bring it there. Topgolf is essentially a driving range on steroids. You drive balls and try to get them into various areas. There are several games you can play and it's all electronic so your score is being tracked. It's basically a combination of golf and darts. There is seating in your pod so you can sit down when you're not golfing. You have a waiter, and generally, service is great at Topgolf. Beyond the wait times, and the bizarre reservation policy, Topgolf is pretty expensive. You can go with a group, and split things, that helps, but it's still going to come at a Premium. The food is pretty much your standard bar fare. Not bad but not amazing either. If you can go early on a week day, you can play at a discounted rate. Beyond that, I would only go on occasion because it is a little overpriced. With that being said, it is a lot of fun. read more

After 187 days of school, my daughter wanted to celebrate the end of the school year by going to Top Golf ! Today was a perfect day to end the year because guess what you guys? Top Golf's game play is now half price all day every Tuesday. 50% off Topgolf game play is valid only on Tuesday's. You can't beat that because it can get quite expensive and I have yet to go and only stay one hour. You need the first hour to get acclimated to hitting the ball if you're not an avid golfer! Bay 225 kept giving us issues, but Tanner and Kirsten were on it because they addressed every issue we did ask about and they did their best to solve it. We learned to add our own points because yellow just wasn't our friend today and for some reason it just wouldn't add our score when we hit on that area. We ordered the chicken tenders for my daughter and I had the lemon pepper wings and tater tots. Now the tots were on point. Maiya enjoyed her tenders and fries as well. I'm sorry we didn't get any pictures of the food. Yep we were hungry! My daughter and Daddy Herndon had a great time; I won one game and he won the second game. Who am I kidding he clobbered me! I am NEVER going to hear the end of it either! One major issue Dad had was the seating is so low. He asked for a folding chair; none available. She offered a bar stool; he said that's too high. Kirsten did her best to offer alternatives, and maybe in the future for our Seniors that visit, Top Golf will provide this type of accommodations. The getting up and down is a bit much for them. Heck it was a bit much for me to get these hips up and down. Oh yeah I do have a suggestion before you go; make a reservation don't just depend on going in and a bay being available unless you have time to wait. Better yet download the app! It's quick easy and efficient. Top Golf provides great family fun for everyone; they will definitely see us again on a Half-Price Tuesday!! read more
