Worst service ever. Waiting in the bar for an hour to order food and drinks before our game start and no one came to greet us at the table. We had to clean our own table because dirty dishes was everywhere. We came here for my sons birthday, we have been several times before. We enjoy the whole fun of hitting the golf balls and being competitive with each other. It's a fun place to go, a bit pricy though. Food was not bad, we just ordered some ginger foods, we weren't super hungry nor wanted to have a sit down meal while playing. We ordered boneless wings, garlic Parmesan and the Asian ones. I liked the Asian ones, my son and his friend liked the garlic ones. We also got some chips and queso and French fries, tatie tots and pretzel bites. Drinks were good, I had a few French 75's. Wowza! What took me so long to visit? I'm so glad I did! My younger brother and I hung out here with some family friends this evening. My first impression upon entering the lobby was that the venue resembled a fancy five-star hotel minus the rooms. Surprisingly, a former student of mine worked the front desk. Kind girl took care of us before we headed out to Bay 206. For more than an hour, we took swings towards the wide, humongous driving range. Sure, my golf game is far from on point, but it was a nice way to decompress following the crappy day I had. I can feel the stress melt away with each stroke. Worst experience ever called them to set a time then when I got there they said I couldn't play had to wait a hour plus there customer service was terrible when I started to play and asked for food was rude and not helping me with food when I asked about it also didn't allow me to put extra time they just said I was done and could not play worst experience ever they were so rude the whole time it was just a terrible experience in general I don't recommend going there. read more

We visit this location frequently and we have a lot of fun. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We did have issues our last visit though. There was no one to wait in people at the front counter to check in. We had to wait for a while to be waited on as employees just seemed to continue to walk by even though there was a line forming. Once we were waited on, we were told there would be a wait even though we had checked the app right before walking in and there wasn't one. Once we reached our bay one of the tvs did not work. We love the new block party game though! It's great for those that don't play golf!! I do think this location will need some upgrades soon. The couches are very worn (the paint is coming off and the cushions are very flat). The wicker chairs are coming apart. The green is starting to look like it has lots of ruts and needs to be fixed. We enjoy coming here though and always have a good time!! read more

To whom it may concern (PLEAS READ) I was having a pleasant time at Topgolf Webster, location with family and friends We played for about (10am) two hours until we had 16 minutes left on our time. Our server informed us that we had almost no time left but if we wanted to keep swinging for a little extra time, she would let us. We proceeded to swing till our time was up. (Kris) " manager"came up to us and said that we had to go and that we weren't able to play for the last four minutes. He then proceeded to grab me forcefully, trying to get me out of the bay by the arm. I wasn't resisting what he was asking. We were just collecting our things. He then threatened to ban us, saying "you know I can ban you guys from here." While our server was apologizing for her mistake after telling us that would could "take our time and some".It was a very unpleasant time at the end. The service was mediocre at best and then having a grown man put hands on me as a grown man is unacceptable. I doubt any action will be taken to better service here or to teach a grown adult "Kris manager" that you can't be touching other people. So I would not recommend this location. read more

Topgolf was a MUCH NEEDED addition to the Clear Lake area! I had been to the Katy location previously, and am happy that 1 opened up a little down south of Houston. My friends and I recently came here for the new "College Night" special. It's every Wednesday from 8-11pm, and it's only $15 for unlimited game play, discounts on food & drinks, and a special area to kick back and relax. Compared to the normal Topgolf prices, this deal is a STEAL! Once we were all checked in, we were quickly assigned a golf bay. I liked that we were on the 3rd floor because it has a nicer view and to be honest its easier to hit further when you're a little higher up. When we got to our bay, our waiter immediately asked us for our drink order, and continually made sure we were satisfied at all times. It was a little humid out so luckily that had some fans to keep us cool, heaters are also available to use if it ever gets cold as well. I also liked that college night had $3 Dos Equis or Shiner Bock. None of my friends are golf pros by any means, and while warming up we would continuously miss the ball a couple times. But once we got the hang of it, Topgolf is like the ultimate driving range complete with food, drinks, lights, and a cool atmosphere. By the end of the night, we started to get really competitive and were hitting the blue, white, and black targets. We'll definitely be back soon because Topgolf is nothing but a good time! read more

It was our first time going, we went here for my husband's birthday & we all had so much fun! The staff all got together to sing happy birthday extra loud to him, it was fantastic!! The reason why they didn't get the 5th star from me is because the floor around our table was so sticky, my shoe literally got stuck on the floor & the rules for everything wasn't explained to us clearly in the beginning, so it took us a bit to know what to do & learn to adapt to the computer. Family Fun...on a Sunday we frequent Top Golf often really enjoy it around the time of year when the weather has cooled down.

The last time I had been to a Top Golf was at least 6 years ago in Austin, and I've been looking to try this location since they've opened- I figured going after dinner on a Saturday night would be a fun time to try it out with a few friends. We had a great time! The staff helped us set up our game and we spent an hour and a half hitting golf balls and laughing when we missed lol. By no means are we golfers, but we had fun simply trying to hit the ball and get ANY points. I say this because there's no pressure to be good at golfing, so don't let being inexperienced be an excuse not to try it out! Each individual Bay Area has their own temp controls, so you're able to put the heater on in case, like us, you go on a chilly night. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star review is because since the bay areas are so close, you're basically sharing the space with a group next to you (similar to bowling lanes) which I wouldn't have even had a huge problem with, but the group next to us were a bit obnoxious trying to hit the balls hard enough to make it over the netting. The sound of them trying to hit over the fence was almost ear piercing and it got REALLY old REAL quick. I'm willing to check this place out again maybe during the week since it's a reduced pricing. read more

I'm pretty sure by now everybody knows what TopGolf is about so I will keep this short and sweet. To rent a bay, it'll cost you either $20/hr before noon or $40/hr after noon. If you come here on the weekend, come hungry because most likely you'll be waiting at least 1-2 hours before you get a bay. This is a good time for you to get dinner at the bar/restaurant inside. Obviously food prices would be more on the higher end but that's expected. I came to this particular location on a Saturday night and had to wait around 1.5 hours before getting a bay. We dined at the restaurant and although it was super packed, our waiter was apologetic about the slowness in his service and was very apologetic about the slowness in the kitchen. He gets a pass because we understand that during busy times, service could be slow, and he was being up front and sincere about it. I ordered the Sunrise burger at the restaurant and although I had a very low expectations of their burger, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the burger was. I asked for my burger to be cooked medium and it was done right. The bacon was thick and juicy and was cooked to perfection. I actually would come back just for the burger. I know! Surprising, right?! Once we got our bay, the process is the same with any other TopGolf. You use your membership card to join in a game and you have a waitstaff to get you whatever you need (drinks, more food, whatever). It's a fun place to go with a big group of people. My favorite day of the week to come here is Tuesdays! They have 50% off every game, it's a great deal. This location has a full bar and restaurant seating. Lol Lots and lots of screens for the game, and three floors of bays to golf from so you always get in quickly to play a round. A membership is required which is 5.00 which includes use of their clubs. You are welcome to bring your own clubs as well. Bays are 45.00 for an hour after 5pm but it's totally worth it. I have had Topgolf on my radar for years since they first opened their first location in Katy. I heard about the long waits and have put off going there. Fast forward a few years, my kids were on spring break and we wanted to try something new. I mentioned the Topgolf in Webster, and my wife and kids and some more family friends decided this would be a good time. We decided to go before noon to get the cheaper rates just in case we didn't think it was fun, and to avoid the crazy wait times that happen at night. If it's your first time, be prepared to pay a one time $5.00 lifetime membership fee. You need this to play and log in when you get to your bay. You can have up to 6 players per bay. We had 8 players, so we wanted to have 2 bays next to each other. The concierge was very helpful in setting that up, and the wait was barely 20 minutes. In the meantime, we took advantage of the lounge on the first floor. It had plenty of seating areas, along with TVs that had video games for the kids to play on, plus pool tables free of charge. They even had waitresses on hand if you wanted to start drinking or eat before you got to play. I thought that was really cool so people don't get bored and restless. They text us when our bays were ready and the concierge walks you there and explains the game and how to set things up. Once we were settled in, our waitress came and took our orders. It was a beautiful day out, so we had a few cold beverages. My wife ordered a Moscow Mule which was excellent and unexpected in this establishment. They have a really appealing drink and food menu. The game itself is super fun. There are many different types of games to choose from. I was reminded I wasn't a youngster anymore. It really was a workout and my shoulders felt the pain the next day! We loved it so much, we have been back 2 more times since then! I think I have found a new fun past time. Now I just need to work on my swing. What a cool concept: a hybrid between a bar and a driving range. This place it a great idea but be careful because you could easily spend way more than you realize. They get you in the door by having it be about $35 for one hour of pay during peak time. Once you get started you realize that in order to have it record each Guest's performance it's an additional $5 per person. If you are playing a game/ doing anything besides just wacking the ball as far as you can, you kinda need to do this in order to keep track. They are well staffed and will have someone review the rules and how everything works and get you set up. All the units are stocked with rightly clubs for both men and women but they can bring out lefty clubs if you need 'em. Like clock work someone arrives to see if you want any food or drinks once you get set up. We passed because we just had dinner. This place would be great for special occasion and I definitely recommend if you are looking for something "different" to do on a night out. I could see this as something fun to do for a special occasion but like I said it gets pricey. read more

This Top Golf beats the Memorial location. I love the greeter. She answered my question and is super friendly. The servers actually come back to check on you and they refill your water. This location just has friendlier vibe and staff. They have pool tables on the 1st floor and video games. When you order food, they don't force you to give them a credit card. Webster seems higher class and the Memorial location seem like money gubbers. Weird how it is the same company but different styles of customer service. Topgolf was not on my bucket list. Had no interest. I have a sweet spot for men and a man brought me here. The only thing I know about golf is what I learned playing putt-putt. I kick ass at putt-putt. When it comes to golf I have a terrible drive, bad approach, and flubbed chip, sadly there wasn't beginners luck either. I did have tons of fun! It's great for golf enthusiasts. I am no longer a foe of golf! The best part you aren't out in the hot son mid-day, riding a go-cart, where you could fall off drunk. I enjoyed the constant service. Play as much or as little as you would like. The food was great and the drinks were even better. It's great for dates, work events, family, friends and anything else you can think of. So happy there's a location in Webster. This was my first time so I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon walking in, you are greeted with friendly staff. You have to have at least one person sign up for a membership in order to play. Each additional player is a $5 cost. $25/ hr until noon. Then $35 for late afternoon and $45 for evening cost. Not even sure what the membership is for because it wasn't explained. Disappointed that no one assisted us upstairs with explaining the monitors or the club choices or what to do in general. We just had to figure it out on our own which wasted a good chunk of the time. Despite that, the experience was awesome. People around you just keep to themselves so it's not the friendliest environment. I would come again for a game night experience with a drink from the bar and snack from the menu. read more

A really neat place and the workers there seem genuinely friendly and helpful, but one thing that rubs me completely the wrong way and is just downright offensive to me is requiring people to pay $5 for a membership. Without buying a single thing or playing a single thing, you are required to pay $5 to join. And to top it all off, if you don't want to pay $5 EVERY time you come, you have to give them your cell phone number and your email. I mean, if I'm giving you my email and my cell phone number so I can be tracked with every other major advertiser on the planet, you should be paying me, not the other way around. I'm really sick of people requiring cell phone numbers to do business, or an email address. And in this case, unless you want to pay an extra $5 every time you come, it's required. I can't stand it. Just charge people to play golf. That should be enough. read more

The first time we came it was really fun, but every time afterwards even when we make a reservation, we're always waiting anywhere from 30 to 60 mins for our bay. They have an entire third level that has no one playing, but I'm sure they don't have the staff to have customers up there. It's always busy when we come, so I don't understand understaffing the location and having customers wait for long periods. They've also stopped their covid precautions, which I don't mind because you play outside, but they also don't seem to clean the bays very well. The seats are always covered in food, etc. so I always bring hand sanitizer if I'm going to eat anything. read more

It's Topgolf, what can you really say about them. Great concept, great way to get the younger kids out and play some golf. But it's also a great way to rip them off. It's really expensive, and if you want to reserve a spot, they will charge you for that also. Food is decent, and drinks are available. Everything on the screen was pretty self explanatory but it was our first time there and no one helped us out. I visited Top Golf on a Sunday night with a group of 6 people. Allen, the guest service specialist, was great. He was very attentive and welcomed us. For new customers, he was very descriptive with details on setting up and starting the game. We absolutely enjoyed his spirit and help!!! Arianna, our waitress was great as well. I will say the kitchen was not operating at its best. Our order was incorrect for wings, they had to be sent back twice. Orders were missing several things and the fries were cold. Arianna did her best to accommodate us and was absolutely amazing in correcting our orders. I will say overall, this location is not as updated as the Katy location. The screens are smaller and you're not able to see your ball projection/scoring on a full screen. read more

I very much enjoy Top Golf in general but I feel that this specific location lacks the amenities and features that the other locations have. I think it's older than the others but we had to move bays because the motor went out on the feeder and the screens were difficult to see because you could tell they were older and don't do well in sunlight. I wish this one had the screens down range and the updated screens/features in the bays but unfortunately it's pretty old school. Hopefully an update is coming soon. read more
