On a Sunday night , the pricing for unlimited bowling plus shoes is 21.99 a person. No need to reserve a lane or expect a wait time. We were assigned a lane right away. I recommend the sampler for a meal if you are with a group. It contains wings,tenders,breadsticks, and pretzels. Very filling. The cocktails were okay, but we had to ask for double shots, as they tasted more like juice than alcohol. The extra shots are 8.50 though. We started bowling at 7pm and stayed until 11pm. My family and I are regulars here because it's newly renovated, clean, and their staff is always nice and helpful. They have a good variety of food, cocktails, and beer. It's always a good time when we are here. Their normal bowling prices are steep so we only go when they have specials. Their current special is unlimited bowling for $22.49 on Monday-Thursday after 7pm. Shoe rental is included which is great. It's not bad considering we usually bowl around 5-6 games. We've had their nachos, buffalo wings, pepperoni pizza, and garlic parm fries. They are good. Not great, but good. I recommend requesting extra crispy fries if you order the garlic parm fries. Otherwise, it will be soggy. There is no reason for us not to come back as it is a great place to hang out and have fun. read more

Overall the experience was alright. I am not a professional bowler by any means. I won't quote on bowling conditions; however as a person who came to enjoy with friends and family, I left with poor service I received. I checked in like normal to my lane. I started bowling and the manager for the evening came up and introduced himself which I thought was very welcoming. He said a server would be coming soon. So we played and waited. As we were playing, our bowling lane was having malfunctions. I pressed the call light and the gentleman that checked us in notified the personnel and got the lane running again. As our evening continued, the lane continued to malfunction and no server was to be found. I am pressing the call light as we are left waiting greater than 2-3 minutes in multiple instances on the bowling lane. The gentleman that checked us in got annoyed that we are repeatedly on the call light. My lane was repeatedly malfunctioning and the lane next to us wasn't. He said that I should not be on the call light unless the lane does not resume proper functioning after 30 seconds or so. I was on the call light in that instance to get his attention for my malfunctioning bowling lane and also some additional water refills as my server was no where to be found. I apologize for calling many times, but he was annoyed and promptly left. After that was said, I continued playing with my family. Another instance arise, I was up to play but my lane malfunctioned again in which my pins were not coming down and being set. I was stuck waiting over 2-3 minutes. I decided not to press the call light as to not bother this gentleman. I walked up to him to explain that my lane is malfunctioning again. I complied with the demands made by the annoyed Bowlero staff, which was to get help if the malfunction lasted greater than 30 seconds. Politely, I told this disgruntled and annoyed Bowlero staff that my lane was not functioning and that I waited over 2-3 minutes. I thanked him for listening and returned to my lane. From that point, everything was normal and we finished our reservation. Mind you, I reserved a time at 6:30pm to 8:30pm. I would like to play with no interruptions. The lane malfunctioning was the greatest interruption for my evening. I understand my malfunctioning lane is not a result of Bowlero staff doings. Maybe I was just in a lane that had a high likelihood of malfunctioning. I understand if they could be busy or short-staffed for the evening, but I was unimpressed by this particular person at Bowlero on Webster Texas. His attitude and response really showed his willingness not to help resolve the interruptions I faced during my reservation. In short, if you need repeated assistance for a malfunctioning lane, then just forget about asking for help or pressing the call light. They might get annoyed at you. The same location as a former bowling tenant, I would say it's upgraded in ambience but the bowling is same experience. If there is an upgrade, it does have a good bar feel. TVs more prominent and visible from around the walkway behind the lanes. A traditional bar, not just a small window give it a better feel. I was at special events and the servers work hard and make themselves available. Facilities, eh, it's a bowling alley. No it's not super clean. No, it doesn't have pristine bowling balls or chairs. It's a bowling alley. The mechanics work well, scoring, reset lanes etc. Easy parking, not that easy to find odd turn off of Bay Area but a nice sign out by the street look for it. Very few businesses in that corridor are easy to get to. I don't think arcades are so much a thing and this one doesn't overwhelm. Maybe something to entertain but not like some days of yore where a place like this might have some of the latest or exciting games. I'm no person to rate price but it seems in line with others. My husband I decided to take our six year old bowling in the middle of the week day. I was thinking because it was off peak times that it would be super affordable to have some family fun at the bowling alley. It was almost $75 for the three of us to play two games!!!! They force you to rent shoes at $7 a pop, unless you happen to own a pair (yeah...right). Then my husband ordered an appetizer sampler which was $33.99. A fun afternoon of bowling ended up costing over $100. Next time I'll be doing some pricing research before committing to our next family outing. Who knew bowling could be so expensive. On the plus side, this place is clean, updated, good was good and we received good customer service. Unfortunately, due to the high cost, we won't be back. *please read the reason for the 5 star review * I made reservations online for a lane for a big group. I arrived at my scheduled time and checked in with the nice guy at the counter, Sam. Turns out Sam was the manager and an amazing one! I had a lot of dumb questions (it's been YEARS since I've bowled) and he was so kind and patient. He checked on my group even though he was one of the very few employees working... he was the bartender as well! Sam made me aware of the staffing issues when I checked in, I was like "oh crap, this is going to be awful". Well, to my pleasant surprise, we had such great service! Hope was the ONLY server on duty and the place was over halfway full!! The food was good, drinks were fantastic and service was so friendly! The food prices were a little inflated but it is convenient. There was an18% gratuity added automatically which I didn't mind because a lot of people are jerks and would have held their staffing issues against the server. So disappointed in AMF Bowlero in Webster, Texas this Summer. During prior years they would run a "Summer Pass" campaign (3 Games per Day) for a cost (I think it was around $75). Great idea... Get younger school age kids interested in bowling for repeat business. Although my kids are grown and out of school, we made this a weekly event on Sundays. Although they didn't get revenue from the games (beyond the initial price) - feeling that we were getting a bargain - we would ALWAYS spend $80-$120 on food, drinks, snacks, and the arcade. They are not offering the Summer Pass this year (2023) and we have only been once. Lost revenue. The one time we have gone, the Staff is so unfriendly (like they hate being there). They did have a "Special" on the day we went (get the 3rd game for $5 and an arcade card), but the Cashier, Erasmo, didn't even know about the Special and over charged me $36!! So sad to see Businesses deteriorating... In a time when inflation is high and families are cutting back on spending, you will need to do MORE to attract customers, not LESS. It's like Bowlero doesn't want my business. read more

10/4/2022. Due to the major price increase and Thursday is no longer a special, I have to take my business to armadilla lane's in Pasadena where the prices are more reasonable. And the lanes are just as good. I will miss the staff and the friendly environment at this location. But until the prices can go back to where they were, I regrettably will not be coming back On 5/10/2022, While I was bowling I pulled a muscle and was in alot of pain. Before going to the location, I called in to check and make sure they were open. I spoke with Margaret and she was extremely friendly! Very great customer service on the phone, so at this point, I was excited to try this place out! When we got there, Margaret greeted us and got us all ready to bowl. The price to bowl here is expensive, but I think it's worth it for the customer service and nice facility with a lot of lanes to use. It was clean and fun atmosphere. The music was good. There were old music videos playing along with Harry Potter and The Goonies movie. Didn't get to try the food during that visit but I plan to next time I go. The bowling alley wasn't too busy at the time on a Saturday night. Everyone there was having a really great time. It's a very family friendly place to go. We really enjoyed bowling here! read more

This place does not follow any Covid guileless at all. We were not 6 feet apart from anybody. Every lane was full and it was way too packed. We were not comfortable at all. WARNING BAIT AND SWITCH, BOWLERO DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WORD: NOT WORTH THE COST. We called Bowlero on Thursday to ask about the cost to bowl the next night (Friday). We were told that it would be about $17 including shoes per person per game before 8 pm. We were also told that if we came after 8 pm the cost would drop to $14 including shoes per person with unlimited games. We showed up Friday night after 8 pm with about 15 people and were told that unlimited bowl did not start until after 10 pm and that the cost would be the regular price. We got the name of the manager and the corporate customer care number to report this. Disheartened we left and went to Main Event and for a few dollars more got unlimited bowling, laser tag, putt putt golf, and billards. We should have called Main Event first. BOWLERO should be ashamed! We will never return and we will warn and discourage everyone we know or that ask about BOWLERO. read more

When you get there, you have to put a card on file for bowling. If u order food, put a card on file. They won't charge you until you finish, but you have to give them your card AGAIN. When you check out, you have to give them your card AGAINNNN. This is a lot of taking my card. Business is childish for this. Every bowling place I've been to, I've paid before bowling and then paid for food after ordering. If I want more food / drinks, I'll give my card again. Went to this place for a fun night with my friends, but it ended up being a huge waste of money. My lane broke for about 20 minutes while our other friends played there game on the other lane and no one would fix so we asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to us but they would fix the lane and then we all paid for our games at the end and my card that was on file got charged 70 dollars even though we all paid, i'm never coming back her again customer service was terrible and i can get better bowling else where. read more
